Man, Chris Sanders got screwed over hard by Disney changing this movie so much from his original vision of it. But thankfully, when he left, he went to DreamWorks to make How to Train Your Dragon so it all worked out in the end.

If they do end up doing something like that, I think they should keep the plot line a lot closer to, say, the in-universe TV show. I feel like that just never got explored enough in the movie. Think the Bolt PS2 game, but a movie

I love how Jack isn't in the episode. Don't @ me, he just makes me cringe so much. Kor and Eden have a nice chemistry that usually gets ruined by Jack's over-the-top cringey humour. I'm not saying he shouldn't be part of the gang, he's as important as the others, but I wish he'd say less stupid edgy shit.
I LOVED THIS MOVIE OML glad to see people talking about it still. it also does a good job of anthropomorphising the animals while still having them act like their real world counterparts. the relationship between the dog and the cat is TOO accurate because my cat would tease and boss my dog around relentlessly like a bad babysitter. my brother also once had a hamster, and she was actually insane
I had this movie on DVD. It was honestly fun for what it was. Also, keep in mind this was John Travolta at his prime when he still had charm and still had the guts to call Idina Menzel “Adele Dazeem”.
On the plus side, American dog getting canned did result in how to train your dragon, the croods and the wild robot all happening sense chris sanders left Disney for dreamworks.

This was one of my favorite movies as a kid. I remember arguing with a group of kids on the playground who got to be Bolt in our Bolt roleplay during recess
The last time I saw this movie, I cried a lot. My brother and I had this on dvd and would watch it all the time. It reminds me of long car rides when my dad would set up the portable dvd player and this movie always in the rotation of the dvd book my mom would pack. Also bolt reminds me of my childhood dog, who was just the sweetest, most loving and loyal dog I’ve ever met. Rip Marge, love you so much. It’s not a particularly great film, but I love it for reminding me of simpler, happier times.
But Kor, calling things cringe is the most cringey middle school behavior possible. Bolt isn't my favorite Disney movie, but I've always enjoyed it. It's got a nice bit of heart/charm and just feels like Homeward Bound in some ways. Gaslighting a dog is a new Hollywood one, but people have done worse to animals for films sadly. Honestly Eden and Kor have such a weirdly calm energy.

It would be pretty cool/interesting to see that happen. However the events should not be a Show Within a Show (or in this case shouldn't be a Show within a game and/or anime) and instead of a girl and her super-powered dog it should be a male Pokemon trainer and his main partner Pokémon (along with 5 other Pokemon on hand) who fight the evil forces of some villainous organization lead by the main antagonist. Also that Pokemon trainer should just be a recurring character and not the actual main protagonist, but should meet and befriend the main protagonist.
Growing up we only had this movie so I would watch it every day as a kid like no kidding like eating, studying and relaxing with friends or before bed I love this so much
