- Come and join us as we head to LEGOLAND Windsor for the first day of the 2024 season! In this vlog we get back on some of our favourite rides across the park, including The Dragon, Haunted House Monster Party and Flight of the Sky Lion! We also check out all of the latest updates from across the park including a close up look at Minifigure Speedway, the new dueling roller coasters opening later this month!

Legoland was such a big part of my childhood but haven’t been since I was 10 but now in May I get to take my son for his 3rd birthday can’t wait for the nostalgia trip!

Loving the look of Minifigure Speedway, looks a solid addition to the park.
I’ll be checking on FB every so often to see how Alton Towers is today with Nemesis Reborn, hopefully will see you at Chessington opening day and not down Monks Walk like it has been the other two times.

Ha ha Shawn is just like a little kid 😅 counting down lol. Legoland is such a fun park to visit, really enjoyed my time there last year, I don't like long queues so this place is just perfect. Pity the Deep Sea Adventure is closed, it was worth a visit so hope it does open again soon. Lots of rides and other things to look at too. Thank you both for the vlog. I need to catch up with your other vlogs from your Dubai and UAE visits etc. as think I've missed a couple. I'm off to Cadbury World nex Sunday so looking forward to that, been wanting to go there since I saw your vlog xx

Probably the best Legoland Windsor vlog I've seen. Shame about the submarine ride, but I really enjoyed seeing the two outdoor boat rides.
Even though it’s one of the smaller parks here in the uk. I’m 12 so you’d think I’d be outgrowing legoland a little. But something about the life size lego pieces that makes the place magic. might be going tomorrow and Im so excited.

I’m not sure it’s an issue with the ride system re deep sea adventure because I was there on the last day of their Christmas event on January 3rd and it was open all day. It was then shut with that sign up on the first brick day. Maybe they found and issue in the maintenance period?

I still don’t think they should expand the hotel until they add more rides to Lego land.
This is the only Merlin park I haven’t done due to lack of rides
I completely agree. I've been twice and both times it was just unbearably busy. Even with the rap I only got on 3 rides the whole day!

I went to legoland today and I love the dragon ride but when I went on it hall stones heavily fell and I had to put my head down so I didn’t see what was coming next I really enjoy legoland

great video what’s gullivers world like warrington i usually just go blackpool pleasure beach fantasy island occasionally alton towers but was looking for somewhere different for my five year old.
The pathway next to viking river splash reopened the day after.

I didn't know brick days was a thing until I saw legoland open a few weeks ago so i went with my dad, it was great that there were not too many people, I know the water rides were all closed but I don't particularly like them anyway. fairytale brook was open but I don't remember the audio working.

Hey Shawn, I want to start my own theme park channel. But i need camera equipment for vlogging etc. What do you recommend as a starter? And what camera do you use?
We use a Sony ZV1 for filming at the moment!

with Atlantis closed by the hotels now its pretty empty over that side walking round the lake - I wonder if they;ll remove atlantis (queues used to be woeful there) for something else before the castle hotel there was that Dino tour ride which made it worth going round that bit (with youngsters) - I'd love a lego trackless dark ride like Disney have
It really feels like the theme park season has started. The dark days are officially over!

Surprised that with so many visits to Lego stores, you don't do the lego passport. Its free to do, and every store has a unique stamp to collect.

I wonder if they have closed Lego City Deep Sea Adventure this year to take all the sea creatures out, drain the water and have a full clean out of the tank, replace and clean the models and also do matainence on the vechiles and ride system itself

Idk how uve done so much already and its mid march! Only things ive done this year is literally the stranger things play in January, went to the dune 2 premiere in February, and march 25 i have concert in hammersmith. After that i have no more plans

Coast guard HQ is Awesome but every time I go to Legoland Windsor it gets massive queues all the time

Deep Sea Adventure will be returning next year, my inside source tells me that the ride system itself is having serious refurbishment work completed. There are currently no fish (relocated to various sea life centers), no water, no subs (can be seen in the staff car park)
