I remember being five years old and this was the scariest ride ever in my mind
Omg same
i fully cried on this
I was like 3 and that drop in my head was vertical and took like 20 seconds I was crying when I got of
@@gracemartin7757 same
foolish peasant, I WENT ON CHEETAH HUNT WHEN I WAS 5
This was one of the most intense rollercoasters ever in my mind when I was younger (behind Vampire and Dragon's Fury at Chessington)
Bro same except I wasn’t scared foe dragons fury, just vampire. Now I have really improved with rollercoasters and ridden some rollercoasters like stealth, swarm, saw, collossus and nemesis inferno
I went to cheesington in a school trip and me and my friend wanted to go on dragons fury and vampire, I recommend!
I went on dragons fury but had to wait in an 80 minute queue for it 😂
Hearing the cheerful/nervous child screams, was precious.
Miss my kids, at that age.
This was my first ever coaster and now I love coasters like oblivion. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO GET OVER YOUR ROLLER COASTER FEAR!
I remember bringing my gran on it and the first part i was scared But when it was the coster i was happy but ly gran wasnt
Yes, it's definitely a good first one. Legoland Windsor is obviously more family-oriented than nearby Thorpe Park.
Omg that what I did I was so scared of heights but I wanted adrenaline so I went on it I’m really glad I did
This won’t help anyone get over their fear but ok. Also same here, started on this one, riding smiler and oblivion in 2 weeks!
just go on oblivion then you will get over your fear
The memories I had when I was like 8 on this ride my dad wanted me to go on the ride I didn't want to but I managed to go on it and then I ended going on it twice it was so fun!
Same
that's allowed no wonder why the queue is so long
As a 19 year old this is the only type of rollercoaster I can handle lol😂😭😂
As a 19 year old, im not even sure i could handle this 🤣🤣
@@chrissylouise3226 lol
Me too I hate them!!
@@mylifepostpain3705 same I'm terrified
you guys can handle this?
Damn 7 year old me remembers these drops being a lot bigger 😂
Honestly I remember those drops being absolutely massive
Fr when you look at them in person, no shit sherlock they are not as bad as they look
same literally 7 years old 😂😂 went in 2013, those drops were massive i swear
Same, I used to think the castle bit was the equivalent to a 10 story building
The indoor part of the attraction looks amazing, but the outdoor part turns me off a lot.
it’s definitely much better in person, always try to get a back seat as you go so much faster.
Especially When your at the back It is VERY scary
It’s better in person
This is a brilliant "dark ride" and it was a great roller coaster ride that's easing me back into riding thrill rides.
This was my first rollercoaster ever as a child. I was too scared to go on a rollercoaster but went on this one by accident thinking it was dark ride. I loved it and immediately rode it again.
This was my first roller coaster and the first time I remember loving roller coasters, I still love them to this day ❤
This ride is my childhood. No matter what, I have never forgotten the indoor section and, for some reason, the queueline that goes around the castle.
It’s such a creative theme! Even the que line.
My 8 year old brother has never been on a roller coaster before and wants to come on this with me when we go to legoland windsor in a few days. I want him to share my enjoyment of roller coasters and seeing him love it will make my day.
Hope you enjoy!
This is definitely the best dragon out of all the parks, lego land billund definitely felt like the prototype, this one feels like it expanded on it, anything past legoland california feels like a shell of its former self. The roller coaster section here weaves through the trees and no other ride is in site, whethers if you look at the new one, its track compresed into one area and you can see the flying theatre.
Went on the Dragon as a 19 year old yesterday and it was still so fun!!
They look so happy because finally after two hours of waiting they got on the ride
The best ride at the park ever and my favorite family coaster of all time :)
It is a shame there are not more of these type of rides - not quite a "kiddie coaster" but not a full on "extreme coaster" either. A kind of nice intermediary for those that don't want the extreme rides, and/or those that want a transition between the two. But then I guess it's all about the dollars and cents: If there's not enough people want to ride it, it won't pay for itself.
I remember as a 6-7 year old, my younger sister loved Dragon's Apprentice. I went on it once and vowed never again. She dragged me onto the dragon 2 years later and although I havn't been to legoland in ages, I remeber the joy of the only rollercoaster I am brave enough to go on. We always got there early to avoid the queues, or skipped lunch to go while everyone else was eating. I will have to beg my parents to let me go again, I LOVE this ride
Such a funky layout with very odd lift hills
I remember rushing to the toilets and being sick after riding on this rollercoaster
I remember this! It was only a week ago. I was screaming and laughing
I absolutely love this ride, went on it first time yesterday, it's an amazing ride I'll always remember.
I went to Legoland Florida recently and it was fun seeing their version of this coaster. The coaster part was better than the Windsor one (I believe the Florida one was an adapted coaster that Legoland inherited with the park when they bought it), but I definitely think the dark ride show bit is nicer on the Windsor one. My kid enjoyed herself though! Maybe we'll go to WIndsor together soon :)
Agree, I find both the environment in the forest, and the dark ride section the most impressive of the lot, but the coaster section the weakest. Worth a trip though.
Same story with most American coasters to be honest. The tracks are way better but the themeing is usually bare minimum and without much thought put in to it.
My favorite ride at Legoland Windsor!!!!
This ride is so awesome! It was my first ever rollercoaster!
i swear this coaster looped when i was six
Not quite 😅
This was the very first rollercoaster I've ever been on! ❤😁
This is the only ride that I'm not too scared to go on
My hat flew off on this ride
I like this because it’s a rollercoaster but it’s not fast at all it’s just slow and steady and it’s an adventure ride too.
I still love this ride in the back seat its pretty fun late on in the day
my family went on this and my youngest brother thought it was a ride with a showcase of Lego statues but he was so shocked he didn’t even speak for like 20 minutes 😭
wow, we're really getting into 5K now-
Won't make a big difference for most - but will look even more awesome on a 4K screen, and better for those few who watch on an 8K screen.
@@AttractionSource can’t wait to see what else you come out with, amazing POV and great move switching to 5K 😌
@@coastersnaps Much appreciated. Exciting stuff to come :)
Nobody asked josh 😂😭
@@ThemeParkVids but I got a reply - and they even subscribed to my channel 😌
This was my favourite ride when I was a kid
That was terrifying
I came here months ago but i didnt ride, but now, i feel like i could ride it, looks exciting
I remember going on this about 2 years ago and I almost shat myself, it doesn't even look that bad now
Brilliant pov guys!!
Thanks :)
I went there today And Me and my sister were at the back and it felt Intense
I remember when I was five I went on the one at Florida and I literally loved it so much, I asked to go on it two times in a row.
I went on this yesterday! Was so cool
I remember first going on this when I was 8 and it was the scariest thing in the world back then - I had my eyes shut the whole time 😂
Bruh that’s me when a roller coaster goes too fast and it’s my first try
my first rollercoaster ever lol
I had a bad experience with the smaller version (Dragon’s apprentice) when my little sister who LOVES rollercoasters wanted to go on it. I choked on the smoke and I thought the dragon would be the same but my sister convinced me to go on it and now whenever we go to Legoland (I’m 13 and I still love it) I will try to get to this one at lunchtime when there are smaller queues and loop it two or three times
I'm 13 too!
I chickened out on this ride when I went last year, I feel like an idiot now it looks amazing.
are u 5 💀💀
It’s a children’s/ junior coaster though 🤨
Great pov
Thanks ☺️
I sat on the back and it was better than I thought
Thanks
Keep up with the good povs
I remember i was 6-7 years Old and my daddy took me up in this ride never been so scared in my life. But first time i took Phoenix today in fårup sommerland so scary but fun
How the hell was I scared of this ride when I was a kid…?
I cried on this 😭
I took my daughter on this, not realising it would go outside and drop down, and she hated every second. She's only 4 😂 I felt so guilty. However, my son loved it!!!
bro i was 5 when i rode this , i was crying so bad , i was so scared of this ride , looking back at it , it looks so easy omg xD
random but i went legoland when i was very young about 5 or 4 and i got a facepaint of a tiger and when i saw it i started crying and having a tantrum and my dad bought me an absolute masterclass of a strawberry slushy it was so nice i felt so much better
I went on this ride yesterday
That looks fun
I went on this today a some kid decided to push the emergency button so everyone thought there was a fire
Everyone started to freak out cause it was as soon as we got on and started to go
Im in the queue rn with my 4 yr old cousin he is bloody petrified
1000th person to like
I remember going on this ride and it was so scary like 5 yrs ago but i literally just done oblivion from alton towers
What happened to the Viewing Section at 2:50?
It used to be above the cave that the ride goes through that people can watch from
omg ive been on this and its actually amazing
When I was waiting to go on this ride I was so close to the front but the ride broke so I had to wait for it to be working again
Hope you enjoyed it in the end ☺️
I remember saying to my mum that this is such an insane and big boy coaster but then she told me about colossus at Thorpe park and showed me the vid and my jaw dropped and she said “so you think the dragon is scary now do you?”
I remember this was the first coaster I ever went on, not even knowing it was a coaster
I went on it it was so goodddd
As 20 years old i go here and i am not scared
Since most of you know what I'm talking bout. I went here when I was about 6 and I only went on the fairy tale ride the heme copters for 4 year old and the driving boats
I remember going on this my bro was like is this it? Then when the drop came he was crying
Drop is way bigger than it looks in this video 😂
Is this a different layout than the other ones? Or am I just having a good ol Monday?
Yes, this and Billund’s are unique. Your Monday is fine :)
Let’s gooo!
I went here when i was like 5 and the first part used to give me nightmares
My hat fell off on that ride 😂🤣
Oops!
Im going this Saturday to legoland! What rides can adults go on? I’ve never been and I’m going with my boyfriend’s family who have grandchildren. I’m 24 and my boyfriend is 25. Thank you!!
Malaysia's "The Dragon" coaster at legoland is extreme. You should watch some videos of it
Great POV! Except for the 4 year old girls screaming like well, 4 year old girls
The challenges of filming at Legoland!
THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER ROLLERCOASTER
What did you think?
Nice video
Fun Fact: I have a story 😃
So I was on a school trip and basically I was wearing my favourite baseball cap and we were split in groups of 5 so I was in that ride and we got to a part wear it went really fast and my hat flew of for a split second I started panicking and then it was handed back to me and I was so confused
And it turned out my friend caught it lol 😂 at the end she explained how she thought it was part of the ride and that she thought she would get a free photo and she said in her mind she was like
oOoOOoO fLyInG hAt
And caught it lol 😂
Wow nice POV based on this I think the Florida one might he slightly better and faster.
I went on this like 20 times in a row 😅
Yay!
I ride this last year after dragons apprentice , we by on terrified came off bouncing
Hi ! Would it be possible to use your video for my vlog? I did not have permission to film in the coaster. you will be mentioned in the video and the link will be put in the description.
THANKS !
The only thing I found scary was the legos at the beginning 🤣
When I went on this ride it stopped outside and it was raining and it started going backwards a bit never again 😔
The same happened with me but it was sooooo sunny
For some reason this reminds me of thi3teen
is there still those camreas with smiles they make me have nightmares
When I was like 6 this ride was sooo scary 😂😭
I'm scared to go on this
Be brave! It’s a good starter coaster.
I was in the dragon seat with my mum but it was so scary I nearly wet my pants and I said bro not cool🥲
I remember being scared of the first bit at the age of four
True story: 2010 my parents took me to Legoland for the first time as a 6 year old. I was absolutely terrified of most of the rollercoaster rides. From experience in 2009 of Disneyland Paris we absolutely loved ‘it’s a small world’ ride. So when we went to Legoland Windsor we thought this rollercoaster would be similar to Disneyland Paris. The first part of the ride was cute and we thought that would be it but the moment we seen the doors open after the cave we instantly thought “shit what is this” and that was the moment we knew we fucked up and was on a rollercoaster. 6 year old me hated it and we didn’t know this was a rollercoaster. 13 years later I look at this now and laugh, I’d go on it now without any fuss 😂
Bro, I went on this on a school trip when I was 11 and shit myself. Now looking back at this video as a 30 year old I'm absolutely baffled how I found this scary. 😂
My parents got me on it like a year ago I thought it just took me through to see Lego and then I said "why is it going so slow" and then we dropped and it went really fast I hated it!😂
Why did they change the music
Despite the billund being the original i like the theming more in this one ngl
Im going on it on the 29th or 30th or 1st
The more I look at this ride, the more I think it looks like a homemade coaster by will pebble or something?
What happened to the huge lego dragon that breathed out smoke at the end of the indoor section?
It’s in the video ☺️
This is a weirder layout than I was expecting.
It’s certainly unique!
Lmao i remeber i couldnt put my belt on so i had to do the ride with no belt bc staff didnt notice..
The belt is not mandatory for larger riders.
