Dude, I really appreciate the perspective. I’m glad that you were able to relate to it in so many ways! That’s something that is special for few people now days. I hope your wife has had a wonderful experience in both Swtor and Destiny! It’s also nice hearing about other Vanilla Player’s experience in the game that I love so much. It super difficult to let the game go. And I’m probably going to be here until the day the servers go down. The game was there for me in my worst moments. And I want to be there when it’s time for Swtor to head off into hyperspace. Thanks for this reaction my friend!
It was a good take, i really enjoyed his video on it, tons of good points. I started swtor in 2013 myself and loved it and i enjoyed the hell out of nearly every expansion. It hasn't been quite as good in recent years, though. The new story feels like bad fan fiction and the overall direction seems off
You know, if SWtOR had ACTUALLY been good, it WOULD have been the WoW killer. Instead it was just a mediocre WoW-clone with a Star Wars paint job. None of the classes felt like they had anything to do with Star Wars; Sith Warrior and Jedi Knight were just generic mmo warriors, Sorcerers and Sages were generic mmo spellcasters etc. The biggest mistake they made was going with the Mirror Class concept. Sith Warrior should NOT be mechanically identical to a Jedi Knight. The second biggest mistake they made was not really delivering on the story front. MMORPGs thrive on the mystery and depth of the world, not on cutscenes. I didn't mind the cutscenes, but everything that was NOT a cutscene was so lackluster that it was just sad. Not to mention the complete lack of companion questlines. That being said, Vanilla SWTOR was the only version of the game worth playing, and I do miss it. I grew bored with it in a month, not to mention all the servers also kinda died after the first month. Almost everyone quit the game within 4 weeks. So yeah, not even close to being the WoW killer people expected it to be.
@@SinematicClips In My opinion yes. Everyone is entitled to make their own assessment. It’s ok that you feel the way you do and I do the way I do. I’ve been playing MMOs since they began, so I have favorable opinions of SWTOR compared to others. It’s clunky like WOW I guess.

Oh God, not the coruscant theme!! Damn, I'm about to cry; Balmorra-The Forge would have definitely sent me over the edge
That song gives me chills and makes me want to cry. The forge is another good track.
If I would've gotten into star wars back when the game came out 9 year old me would've grinded the hell out of the game
Great content! Keep up the good work!

@SinematicClips yes
@@BirdfaceGaming its objectively terrible, you just put more time into getting used to it and tolerating how clunky it is
