I'd love to see you guys make a tabletop gaming/board gaming table! So much opportunity for integrated drinks/snacks holders, game piece trays.. maybe a built-in beer tap?? all that good squirrelly ridiculousness great video guys!
Next build a Skee-Ball table with manual/mechanical scoring so you don't have to mess with electronics (beyond lighting of course). Basically the scoring holes have tubes/runners that take the balls to their own score dedicated slot so you can just add up the balls in each run to get the total score. You could even add some unnecessary exotic woods!
Cool project. Love it. You could continue with the underground casino by building a Campground Craps table that is easily broken down for transport but sturdy enough for regular use.
I've been watching your videos for a whole now and am enjoying them. With this video I've worked out why the work so well, it's the people that you have surronded yourself with, they are as mad and talented as you! Thank you.
I would love to see you do a pool table. Buy the slate, build the rest of the base out of wood. Bonus points if it can either be lifted onto wheels or tilt up to take up less space
This is one of my favorite builds, great work guys! I saw a poker table mentioned, I would love to see that also! Decked out for your poker chips, drinks, snacks hell RGB that sucker!
A few of my fondness memories with my late Dad, was playing shuffleboard at the dive bar’s in the late 70’s. FYI, these bars were also a place to get burgers and fries. Nice build guys.
I think a Military themed poker table for a recently retired military member (like my self just throwing that out there) with all of the challenge coins they earned and received over their career set in epoxy on the edge of the table would be amazing.
I completely enjoyed watching your video and I came to a full blown conclusion, leave the shuffle board table building to the professionals, no way an armature can pull off this project, and I can clearly see you guys are professionals, beautiful work guys, hope to see more...I clicked the like button and I subscribed...
This may be a dumb question, but it seems to me like for a shuffleboard, you would want the expansion to be across the width and not the height. It seems like if there was variable expansion along the piece, it would generate highs and lows which could actually be a problem for the game, whereas if the board expanded and became a tiny bit wider, that probably wouldn’t matter as much. Thoughts?
The Braces on the bottom of the playing surface are called Climatic Adjusters. They are for adjusting the flatness of the playing surface depending on the climate. Ive never seen the type you made so Im curious how they work out. The type Ive installed have two heavy duty two inch wide brackets installed on each side with a piece of all thread running between the brackets. Two nuts are threaded on each side of each bracket so that the owner can use the inside nuts to push out on the brackets to bend the playing surface up or push in with the out side nuts to bend the playing surface down. 4 sets of these would go on a 16 foot table. 5 on a 22 footer.
Hey brother, i saw those online! THen this technique i saw as well and was obviously much more affordable. We adjusted the table fully when delivered and these worked great!
Very nice job turned out very unique and awesome. Can't wait to see ur next videos boy's. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends always awesome to see your videos. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend John and the minis. Keep making. God bless. Stay squirrely.
I would love to see a skee ball machine!!! Billard tables. Fun gameing tables! I would love to buy plans for it as i would like to build stuff like this for my basement once i get it finished which is what i plan on doing before spring!
Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that you are awesome! Very inspirational. I do woodworking part time at my home shop, and work at a cabinet shop in Mckees Rocks. Always at the Pittsburgh woodcraft. Always think how awesome it would be to run into one of you. Stay safe!
Can I just say how proud I am of John for not making a “tight hole loose hole” joke while talking about the domino. Fatherhood has really matured the man.
Hola! 🖐I've seen a ton of your videos if not all but I'm not sure how I missed this one. This is an awesome build! Take care and have a good one, Adios!👊
great video boys. I love these types. Frankly I give Zero fucks about shuffle boards - but I really enjoy all the different skills and challenges that go into something like this. Showing how to get around obstacles (swelling of the wood vertically etc) are both entertaining, but also super educational for rookies like myself building my own projects. Thanks again for all you do. And despite my zero-fs given about shuffle boards, this one turned out awesome!
always wondered how they make those thing concave. How do you tighten those tension rods from the bottom to make the edges higher on the top? crank down on the middle lag bolt a little tighter than the outside 2?
Realize this video is almost a year old, love it!...question. Do you epoxy the underside as well? In projects I've worked on, I get warping/cupping when I haven't epoxied on both sides. Thanks!
Nice job. From design to execution. Seen a number of plans that call for quarter-sawn legs use this trick of glued legs so there is quarter saw all the way around (normally only found on two faces). Personally I'd lean towards Titebond III vs. II to provide longer open times on the big parts...other than cost, did you just use II because it was handy? No qualms otherwise the the joinery - looks like you could drive a truck on this!
Great build guys!!👍👍 The details were awesome!!! U think you guys could show some real creativity with a "Foosball Table"!!! I could only imagine!! ⚽️ Motorcycle grips, cnc'd players to look like Sam and Jordan!!! 💣 Get Squirrly
John bought your shuffle board plans and I am starting to build it. Question about the playing surface I see you use epoxy on the top and sides do you do anything to the bottom of the playing surface. like seal it with shellac or poly or just leave it as it
First timer seeing this episode, simper fi!! Awesome build, I’ve been researching this project of making one myself (attention to detail makes for a solid build) great craftsmanship 👍
If/when you do the poker table (since its overhwelmingly popular) PLEASE show me how to calculate the angle to make a cove cut for the poker chip holder on the table saw!
I would love to see the Malecki version of a poker table with a raised rail and lights. Let's see what ya got.
I agree lets see it
A 100% would love to see that!
Would love to see this built with John sized chairs to match 😆
Yup. Make it happen.
I second that. A poker table with a removable cover is next on my list of honey dos. Be nice to have an awesome plan for it.
I'd love to see you guys make a tabletop gaming/board gaming table!
So much opportunity for integrated drinks/snacks holders, game piece trays.. maybe a built-in beer tap?? all that good squirrelly ridiculousness
great video guys!
Poker table!!!!!
You read my mind... OF COURSE we wanna see more builds like this!
Very cool build, your knockdown concept was ingenious. How about putting Jordan’s CNC skills to the test and build a Roulette Wheel
He could if his cnc guy wasn't always drunk.
@@j.a.r.family2576 wow those are pretty harsh words.
@@j.a.r.family2576 pardon?
@@michaelm077 guess I throw off a drunk vibe

Definitely would be cool to build a roulette table and wheel. That would be a tough one.
I've been watching your videos for a whole now and am enjoying them. With this video I've worked out why the work so well, it's the people that you have surronded yourself with, they are as mad and talented as you! Thank you.
I dont know if its possible but a billiards table would be really cool. Im sure you could do something crazy with your style on it.
I would love to see you do a pool table. Buy the slate, build the rest of the base out of wood. Bonus points if it can either be lifted onto wheels or tilt up to take up less space
How about a heavy duty foosball table with some awesome epoxy work, maybe an air hockey table?!
This is one of my favorite builds, great work guys!
I saw a poker table mentioned, I would love to see that also! Decked out for your poker chips, drinks, snacks hell RGB that sucker!
Yinz killed it with this build. Make s lot more content like this, and keep it squirrelly.

Awesome project and nice to see Jordan finally getting some respect. 👍
I think a Military themed poker table for a recently retired military member (like my self just throwing that out there) with all of the challenge coins they earned and received over their career set in epoxy on the edge of the table would be amazing.
Pool table would be so sick!
But that might have to be a serious of videos hahaha
We make our money getting shit done!!!!! Damn I love Johns philosophy . ROCK ON JOHN !

That table is bad-ass!!
I may have missed it, but I don’t think I heard a “Dammit Jordan” in the whole video. So, Dammit Dusty Jordan!!
Dammit, I should’ve messed something up
@@jordanheider2662 True. That’s what we expect from you! Lol
Jordan - "Go under you dumbass... Why would you go that way?!" had me rolling!!! Kids my new hero!! @10:55

A roulette table would be so cool! But I agree with Earl, poker would be awesome too

Definitely a Poker Table w/ raised rails with lights and maybe a exotic wood racetrack .
A roulette wheel would be awesome!
Graduated from the same high school as this guy. Bout a decade later but still awesome to see them FR boys doin some cool shit!
We are FR
Agreed great build, & I’d like to see the poker table build also👍🏻
Great looking piece of work. Any thoughts on doing a craps table and poker table plans?
Nice...I would love one of those. I was wondering if you were going to make it flat or concave -- mad skills you guys!
The adjusters make up for that !
They make surfacing bits where the faces are carbide inserts like on planers ect, so that you can rotate them to use all 4 sides FYI
We have some
Poker table. All day long. Gimme gimme gimme pappa
Can I just say how proud I am of John for not making a “tight hole loose hole” joke while talking about the domino. Fatherhood has really matured the man.
You should build a Gutterball Table, or a Crokinole Table. Both lots of opportunity to show skills!
Build an arcade cabinet please
17:27 Malecki is turning into Madden
Came out great
How about an octagon bumper pool table. Always wanted to see how they were built
A roulette table or craps table would be awesome.
Hola! 🖐I've seen a ton of your videos if not all but I'm not sure how I missed this one. This is an awesome build! Take care and have a good one, Adios!👊
Awesome stuff
Great job fellas. How about a roulette table next? Also, does anyone know why Jordan has a watch on each wrist?
I love that. Jordan wears and apple watch and a whoop!
This is sick! Well done!
You should put white vinegar and steel wool in a jar or container for the best ebony stain and it’s better than miniwax
Pretty fantastic work, guys! It really looks beautiful! 😃
Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊

looks fantastic guys!
That is a awesome table , you guys laid that out omg. Keep up the great work and God Bless all you guys and your families. 🔥💯💪🏼👍👍🙏🙏✌😁✌
In the beginning you were about to mill the boards…did you say let’s get squirrelly or let’s get ‘em squarely
Did you concave it where the center is the lowest point of the play board and the edges are highest so you can do snake shots
Awesome, I'm in the middle of the same project myself and it was nice to see how you did yours.
Board looks awesome!
The voice crack during the woodcraft ad 😂🤣
I sometimes get excited haha
I would love to see a Poker Table and Roulette Wheel
That's killer. Amazing work guys.
Build a roulette spinning wheel and number board. Probably alot of cnc work but still would be way cool
Awesome piece. Always enjoy your videos
I would love to have the space for a shuffleboard table. I have been thinking about trying to make one of the rebound versions that take up less room.
Definitely my favorite build of yours, turned out beautifully.
A poker table would be fantastic!!! I mean I'd love to see someone build a pool table too but I think that may be a little too large scale.
Once again you guys are amazing!!!
Fantastic video, well-done lads.

Wow stunning what about a pool table?
You're friend made the smart choice going to WVU.
I'm looking to get an 8 inch jointer and either a 15 or 20 inch planer and was wondering which one you guys would recommend
John bought your shuffle board plans and I am starting to build it. Question about the playing surface I see you use epoxy on the top and sides do you do anything to the bottom of the playing surface. like seal it with shellac or poly or just leave it as it

whats the pad you use to buff the top on this project? I bought a cordless polisher to do just that but cant find the types of pads needed.
what CAD CAM package do u guys use for the CNC?
