As a homemade pasta/noodle maker myself nothing thrills me more than watching videos about noodle masters and seeing their work in action, so amazing! I have yet to try making soba noodles but I have made whole wheat noodles which were very similar so I’ll definitely add those to my list to try someday. So much fun!

I don't know about "love", it looks like the most important ingredient is muscle! This dough looks dry and tough. I really laughed at :37 when he gathered the flour back. I was thinking the lost flour might upset the recipe, and make the dough a little wet! I'm really enjoying this. Buckwheat is so delicious. In the US we can buy these noodles dry and I think they're pretty good, and you sometimes see frozen ones. What a treat to go someplace where they are made on the spot!

How are you both doing. Sabishii ne. That’s one thing good about going to Japan. You can learn so much craftsmanship throughout each town...weather it’s cooking, sewing handmade dolls or cards...anything you wish to learn it’s hands on...so enjoyable and exciting. Satoshi and Shinichi you both take care and be strong. Justin not suffering anymore but his doing his duty to guide you in a good healthy life. Cry whenever you wish too, that’s good and satisfying healing. Take care. See you on the next video....

So happy to view. Caught the "Bento" train on Facebook. Delighted there is joy in your laughter again. I have laughed so hard. My cat sleeps in front of the keyboard and keeps hitting the sound key so I have to replay a bit.. And then went into the backyard and found a wild mallard duck nibbling on the grass. I must say all these little incidental events and your video really was quite lovely.
