She gave him one thing and he sold it at a lower price than its actual worth so he can spent it all on hookers and blow at Vegas. This guy is why I’ll never leave any of my things to the next generation. If they are going to liquidate all my assets I’d rather do it myself and give it to charity.

You notice this from time to time especially when Rick buys rare coins and says he has a buyer for the coin. Why do collectors pay extra to go through Rick? Answer, to protect themselves, Rick ensures the item is real and not stolen. That is a HUGE value!

      Especially after the expert said you could get more selling it to a museum and that there were only 99 of these in existence, I would have run out of there straight away and gone down to the Clark County Museum and try to sell it to Mark Hall-Patton! :D

      Once they're sold out then add 5 years or so and you'll probably hit that mark, but that could be a long way off..

      Clearly stated by the expert in the video they made 150 of these. STILL AVAILABLE, they haven't sold all 150 yet. You can get a same first run just like that one with only a higher number. That lower number will not be worth much if any more than the still available ones, and probably less from handling/second ownership..
      An 1870 slightly handled gold double eagle isn't worth more than an 1870 new gold double eagle that hasn't been handled yet..

      Yep, I can't really see anybody else buying it for that price. The problem being they probably wouldn't buy such an item except though a respected dealer so he wouldn't make any more than what the Pawn Stars offered him.

When you factor in the premium, I could go on Apmex right now and get a 100 ounce Engelhard silver bar for $4,000.00 (which means I could get 5 of them for $20,000.00). Melting it down and pouring into his own bars would not have gotten him nearly what he was asking for.
