Love your take on the carnivore diet however I would respectfully disagree that it’s not a long term solution.
I’m 61 yrs old and am now 486 days on carnivore and have not only lost 93 lbs (300 lbs to now 207, my lowest weight since I was 20 yrs old)…
I’ve reversed/cured T2 diabetes, sky high blood pressure, IBS, acid reflux, sleep apnea, migraines, chronic fatigue and arthritis in my knees and back so bad I could hardly walk, brain fog, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and so much more and…
OFF ALL MEDS!!
Not only have I healed my body and mind in carnivore…
I’LL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OTHER WAY OF EATING.
