I know this has been said on other videos and I have been watching everything since beginning of 400 ex build but you should have thousands if not millions of subscribers and views , by far the most detailed and best RUclipsr along with time machines , you the man !!!! And black label rules
I totally agree please keep the videos coming I am doing the same on a 2005 yfz SE. you are helping me out a shit ton. Where would you suggest sending my head, to get it resurfaced and new valve springs? Thanks man I enjoy the channel just recently found it.
You should go with wider arms, a wider axle, and some Elka stage 3 shocks or ship the OEM shocks off to Rocket Ron to have them built. You aren’t racing so you don’t need stage 5 shocks, but being in the desert I feel like you could benefit from a little extra width and a plusher ride for the rocky terrain. As for motor upgrades you really won’t need anything other than a good filter, a good exhaust, and jetting the carb. That is literally all I would do as far as performance. Then I would get a good skid plate, case saver, bumper, nerf bars and a kill switch. Other than that stuff there keep everything else stock. Anyway, it’s just my advice. I know you like to stick with being as OEM as possible, I just think you would appreciate that setup.
@@11GalleryATV that’s a really good exhaust for the YFZ actually. You know, I use a harbor freight rotary hammer with the punch tip to get the tie rods and shock bolts out. It saves me from hammering and pops those bolts right out of those places that they are seized.
Oh, and for parts that need to be pressed in I’m about to pick up a harbor freight press as well. Some tools from there work perfectly fine when you’re doing little stuff like building quads. I wouldn’t use it for commercial mechanics, but for what we would use it for it would be a good piece of equipment for not a lot of money. Like $200 for a small bench mounted press.
Hey, if you do get aftermarket shocks though then I might be interested in buying those OEM front shocks for my daughter’s blaster. I’m looking for a deal on OEM standard travel shocks from an early hear YFZ. I’m going to send them to Rocket Ron to have him do his revalve kit and his triple rate spring upgrade.
I do have a Patreon page ( www.patreon.com/11galleryatv ) but there is nothing there at the moment and I do have 1 shirt ( I am wearing at the beginning of this video - ruclips.net/video/-4cQzz_Zitk/видео.html ) but it was from the Honda 200x build - 11-gallery-atv.creator-spring.com/listing/11galleryatv-com-200x?product=369
Hello good morning master, I wanted you to help me with my query: I have a yamaha 450cc ATV with a fault. Water comes out of the small vent of the coolant pump (water). What would be the cause
There is not enough information to answer that question and there are too many reasons why this may happen. Start at the easiest and go from there ... sounds like it's getting too hot for some reason (and there are many) ...

Hell yeah man !!’
I’d polish that rear swing arm
That would be awesome! I got it powder coated to match the frame, oil tank, motor mount hangers, and steering stem.
@@11GalleryATV It’s still gonna look sweet no matter what way you roll with it.

That sounds like a pretty nice setup! I have an HMF Performance exhaust that I am sending in for a rebuild …

If you can get an air hammer it will work better, but the rotary hammer works perfectly fine for me

I had an 04 yfz, had the same problem. Changed the impellor shaft bearing and upgraded the impellor while i was at it. Never had the issue again.
Also, i only ran engine ice after that. Kept ol girl cool as a cucumber..
