- Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 5 - Preparation - What color are they? We got the frame, swingarm, oil tank, motor mounts, and steering stem bact from the powder coater. We also did some parts unboxing. What color are the graphics? Check out some of the graphics mockups in this video as well. We also showed a bunch of parts acquired for this build. This is a full atv build, quad 4-wheeler rebuild. Man, I’ve been looking forward to your next video. Life got in the way for me as well, right when I was about to start my channel I broke my damn ankle. Now I’m sitting on the couch because I just had surgery. They put in a plate, 8 screws, and this cable system to pull my ankle together. Now, I’m not working, so my builds are on hold until I’m back to work.
Next video is 3/4 edited! That sucks about the ankle! Too bad you didn't already have some footage, now would be a great time for the video editing part!

Oughta do a price breakdown, I'm trying to fix up a 400ex and it ended up costing me way more than I thought, I figure I should have picked up one ready to ride in better shape for less work and about the same money.
Yessir! Parts add up quickly! My 400ex build (on this channel) cost me in the neighborhood of $10,000+. I purchased a frame and bought everything along the way to put together a complete running machine ... nightmare of cost doing it that way ...
Did you ever explain how you cleaned the brake calipers?
I don't think so ... but I just disassembled and dropped into the ultrasonic cleaner and let it do it's thang
Could you give a ball park figure on the cost of the powder? Doing this same rebuild right now and would like to get an estimate on what it will cost to make all my parts pretty like that. My frame will be blue (Illusion Smurf)
I paid $350 and that was for the all the chemical stripping and the powder coat on the frame, swingarm, steering stem, oil tank, and motor mounts
