  • So after many hours of work, we have the custom built swingarm complete for this build. Long video as I tried to explain my process and reasons behind decisions I made building this swingarm. In the end I am very happy with the outcome and curious what anyone following this build thinks as well. Now that this long video is out of the way I will have a few easier ones coming along as this build is going very quick now. Thanks for watching, give us some feedback if you like the finished product from this video. Don't forget to like and subscribe also.

      What did you go with for like fixturing. I'm always curious just because there ate so many good ways to do it.

      @@SeanMooreFilms ill make a video once im all setup but used some 6in c channel and squared it up welded ends on it then put holes down the side from 15.5-25.5. All I could come up with for a fixture that'll be square even if the surface im working on isn't lol overkill but should work then ill do the same as you every machine ill cut a specific set of spacers

    This is dope! I want to make a tubular swingarm for the warrior to lighten it up. Zoom zoom makes a billet aluminum one for the warrior but I'm not paying $600

      Yeah I wanna make a couple other setups for this. But your right the price to buy a swingarm is so high. Hope the video gave ya some ideas and thanks for watching!

      @@SeanMooreFilms I've been wanting to do this for quite a while. The only problem I see on my end is that I have a cheap harbor freight MIG. Yes the video did help I just need to see something briefly and I got it down 🤟🙏

      I think that welder is plenty capable of making the welds you'd need. Practice on some scrap ends as you cut tubing and it'll be good.

      Uploading right now. Lol it takes forever. The radiator hose and first start is uploading then I've got stabilizer, and rim videos on the way.

      @@SeanMooreFilms you could write some specs. For example the bering size pipe size, and the rest of the sizes of the materials

    • @SeanMooreFilms
      @SeanMooreFilms  2 года назад

      @@mitreavlad4039 yeah I will add some specs like that in the video description. I'm not sure how bearing size will translate to the ltr bearings but I'll put what I can down. Good idea, thanks.
