Thank you! And yeah, that’s probably a better idea. Typically, I watch the news or watch RUclips when I stretch and I only do this when I need to study for an exam or I’m writing a paper😂😅
Great humor and thank you for this very helpful tutorial! I must definitely integrate this into my Duolingo practice. Or the other way round. Whatever. You deserve more views and subscribers than that though. Please keep it up! 🙏🏻❤️
Haha thank you! And that's alright, flexibility is something you can always work towards, I used to be super inflexible but I spent a few months doing ten minutes or so of stretches every night before bed and I saw a lot of improvement! It's all about consistency, even if you don't spend much time every day on it. Good luck! :)
@@Hazook that's amazing!!! I used to stretch a lot, but sadly just stretching is very bad for my knees somehow :( I think I need to build a bit more strength before I can really stretch again. But thankfully skating does have lots of skills that don't involve flexibility and that I'm far from mastering :D
I feel less lonely now knowing there's someone out there doing the same things. Other than floor stretches, I also like to do a piriformis stretch on a chair
This video was by no means exhaustive of the off ice stretches I like! It was more a way to goof off before the semester began😂 but I love doing stretches, it’s so relaxing and strangely empowering for me!
There’s a lot of different things you can do, but the goal is just to make sure you’re not stretching things cold. I usually try to do a different workout that warms up my body as a warm up, or do things like jogging, jump rope, or jump exercises and walk-throughs.
this was great. Funny and useful. RUclips knew I was looking for this
Haha thank you! Glad RUclips recommended it to you😊
Oh my gosh girl you crack me up every time!! I love your videos!!! I may just get an audio book to listen to while stretching. Lol

Thank you!💕 I never thought about doing it with duolingo but that’s a great idea!
@@Hazook ❤️
This is so funny! Unfortunately I'm nowhere near flexible enough to read a book while I do any of those :D
