I will NEVER AGAIN buy any BCN3D product! I had to send back my SIGMAX R19 4 times.. not exaggerating to get it fixed for the same problems. I paid over 660 in repairs since it was out of warranty. I was forced to buy a cardboard shipping box for 80 euros or they would not guaranty the repairs WTF!. I was paying for the repair services so they were not doing my any favors, they sent the machine back to me with all the stages loose and not tightened once and tried to say I did it and the machine left perfect. I have nothing better to do with my time and money as to sabotage my own machine that is out of warranty and wait another 3 weeks to get it back LOL.. they take no responsibility. Their machines and replacement parts are really expensive and the engineering is not great. Glad to see new companies like BambuLAB and others are offering machines that are much better for less. You snooze you lose, treat your customers bad, they don't come back, and they talk.

Why do you tell someone that firmware is on the board but, when it is not compatible with their printer you tell them to install the firmware themselves without helping them whatsoever with getting the product that you supplied to work. Why is it so difficult to tell a newbie how to replace their board, and why cant you walk through the process of it? You sell the board after all so you should provide as much information as you can, and you should be giving proper customer support by telling them how to use the board in the way the customer needs. Why do you sell things with the firmware? It obviously wont fit every printer so why have any on it at all? Mine came without any firmware and I have yet to find the right way to set it up. They said "oh well your on your own" when they obviously claim to have firmware on the board. Why sell something and not include what you promised be on it? Why make it so hard for a newbie to fix their printer? It just makes them frustrated since they lack the experience and the patience to do the repair without pulling their hair out. There are no repair stores anywhere, so why wouldn't you try to help them get what you promised be on the board onto the board, rather than make them do what you should have done in the first place. You did not give any clear instructions to install the software, and your technician left that person without any proper help. You have effectively ended that person's hobby just because you were too lazy to help them put the firmware onto the board that should have been on there in the first place. Why would you treat a customer like that? Especially when they waste all that money on a board just for it to go to waste due to your own ignorance. They will never buy from you again based on their experience they had with your support team. Derrick was awesome, but your technician who handled the issue was not whatsoever. I don't know why you can have your support be so divided. One person tries to help as much as possible, just for the technician to decide you are not getting any help with what the board was supposed to come with. Thanks for crushing someone's hobby and any hope they had for fixing their machine. I hope you have a good day, you deserve it after how you treat your customers.

    These printers are insanely expensive.
