    I will NEVER AGAIN buy any BCN3D product! I had to send back my SIGMAX R19 4 times.. not exaggerating to get it fixed for the same problems. I paid over 660 in repairs since it was out of warranty. I was forced to buy a cardboard shipping box for 80 euros or they would not guaranty the repairs WTF!. I was paying for the repair services so they were not doing my any favors, they sent the machine back to me with all the stages loose and not tightened once and tried to say I did it and the machine left perfect. I have nothing better to do with my time and money as to sabotage my own machine that is out of warranty and wait another 3 weeks to get it back LOL.. they take no responsibility. Their machines and replacement parts are really expensive and the engineering is not great. Glad to see new companies like BambuLAB and others are offering machines that are much better for less. You snooze you lose, treat your customers bad, they don't come back, and they talk.

      Hello, we're really sorry you had a bad experience with BCN3D in the past. We can only comment on our own experience which was good and for us BCN3D was very responsive. It is indeed exciting to see innovations, new companies and machines coming out. Though do keep in mind we can not recommend any 3D printer we haven't tested yet and can't testify on longevity and after sales service without experience either.

    Cordialement Eric.

    Feels like a marketed review with reading from script. What is a passively heated chamber anyway? Either it's a heated chamber which means it's active, or it's NOT heated, therefore it's NOT a passively heated, or do you mean to confuse your viewers by stating the chamber has walls to trap the heat so you'll call it passively heated.

      Hello, all our reviews are done in-house and are a result of our extensive testing. Manufacturers do not have a word on our verdict and discover the review (article + video) the same time as you do.
      A passively heated chamber is a closed chamber heated by the heat of the printbed.
      A non heated print chamber isn't actively heated nor does it have a heated print bed.
      An actively heated print chamber is heated by dedicated resistors.

      Its heated. It uses the heat bed instead of a heater and regulates the temp the same way.

    does it print tpu well?

    • @3dnatives
      @3dnatives  Год назад

      Hello, the bondtech extruders which equip the BCN3D FDM 3D printers allow flexible filament printing without any skipping so TPU is not a problem for the W50. Though do keep in mind that the BCN3D Epsilon W50 uses a bowden setup. This means that you may need to use higher retractions than a direct drive extruder to achieve nice prints without any stringing.

    Can it print metal???

    • @3dnatives
      @3dnatives  Год назад

      When equipped with the metal kit, any BCN3D 3D printer from the Epsilon lineup is capable of printing green metal parts (BASF Ultrafuse metal filament). Those parts are then sent to a sintering partner to achieve metal 3D printing

      Same build volume, extruder/hotend and max temperature settings? I’m not sure i’d entrust a $300 printer for a 100 hour plus PETGCF print.

    dude i dont get it you are talking time after time that the print looks good. let me tell you something. the print looks not good at all. like a 150-200euro printer. every creality printer has better quality also the beltprinter cr30 lol.
