    Should have been 2 weeks. This 4 day ban has no impact on them and they will do it again and again. Of course, Blizz won't ban them for the race because they would lose all the free advertisement.

    Funny to see max talking about exploiting when he cheated in a “blind” ff14 raid event

      @@stillsolo yep just look for “Max cheat ffxiv”. Many ffixv streamers (including the ones commenting the event) called him out (it was obvious). No words from the wow gang 😅

    I dont understand why Blizzard doesnt put this on their Home Page. Like at the very top should be an online table with bolded letters with player names and reason with the lenght of the ban with a warning issued to all players. For example here they got a ban of 4 days; the warning would go smthing like this: "Let them be an example for you to not do this and that. We banned them for only 4 days in the good faith and the next person who does this and that will get banned for a whole week/month minimum etc."
    It should be very visible and not only found on forums and underpages.

    The ban/suspension was too broad. They got families with shared accounts too. These people were just playing the way the usually would and didn’t even know the bug was a thing. Blizzard should have fixed the bug when it was first reported back in alpha/beta. They knew about it and let it go live.

    People need to stop putting stock into these RWF cheaters. No one should care what a group of ultra privileged and spoilt kids get to do ahead of the "regular" players.

    I completely disagree. If there is an exploit in the game, and Blizzard missed it. That’s is on blizzard not the player. Blizzard doesn’t need to do bans they just simply need to fix the game and move on.

    • @stillsolo
      @stillsolo  4 месяца назад

      So you would be fine with everyone just using every cheat in the book?

    • @RichardHarlos

      chan wrote, _"I completely disagree."_
      Then you don't actually understand either the matter, or human psychology, well-enough to have a legitimate opinion.
      chan: _"If there is an exploit in the game, and Blizzard missed it. That's is on blizzard not the player."_
      Incorrect. You're responsible for the choices that you make -- just like the rest of us. By your logic, people who go faster than the posted speed limit should be able to offer a similar claim/defense: "If there's the potential to go faster than the speed limit, and car manufacturers don't limit their cars to that speed, *_that's on the state, not on the driver._* If that sounds stupid to you, that's because it is stupid. And, when you realize that this is the same 'logic' you offered in your comment... then you'll realize why your comment is, too.
