- Take a look at the latest trailer for Marvel Studios' The Marvels depicting Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel coming to grips with being prepared to face a new threat that threatens to take everything she loves.
In Marvel Studios’ The Marvels, Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as “The Marvels.”
The Marvels is directed by Nia DaCosta, and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Mary Livanos and Matthew Jenkins serve as executive producers. The screenplay is by Nia DaCosta and Megan McDonnell and Elissa Karasik.
The Marvels opens in theaters on November 10, 2023 with tickets available for purchase now.

The reason her first movie sold tickets was because it is sandwiched between Infinity War and Endgame. People were curious about where she was during Infinity War and what she would do in Endgame. But her character doesn't do anything important. They can just write her off and the plot still continues without her unlike Ant-Man and the Wasp movie where the Quantum Realm is the one that drove the story of Endgame.
Now her sequel is coming out. People have fewer expectations with this film. If they really wanted this film to sell, they should have turned Secret Invasion into an Avengers film, and Captain Marvel and the Skrull plotline can drive that story.
