Watch me turn these 22 lbs of blueberries into 8 different uses!
16 cups worth of free-flow berries for use in smoothies etc
    4 x Jars of jam
    13 x 250ml jars of BB syrup
3 x Apple and BB crumples for the freezer
4 X freezer bags of blitzed BB
    1 x BB Ice cream
    1x BB powder
    1 x BB slice
You can find the canning recipes in this book
    www.amazon.com...
    Crumble
Any fruit you like in syrup
    1c flour
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 c brown sugar
    75g softened butter
You can multiply this topping mix dependent on how big your dish is and the amount of fruit you use.
Mix all the topping ingredients until it forms together when you squeeze them together. Bake at @180 until golden brown.
    Blueberry Slice
    150g softened butter
    2c flour
    1/2c sugar
    1Tbs vanilla essence
Cream sugar and butter together then add the remaining ingredients, and mix until it comes together and it holds its shape when squeezed together. Place 3/4 of the mixture into a 9x9 square pan, the remaining 1/4 is used for the topping.
    Middle fruit ingredients
I used roughly 2 cups of blueberries heated in a pot
2Tbs of cornstarch 2Tbs water mix together then add to hot blueberries, stirring all the time until thick. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Place hot BB on top of the base. add the remaining topping mixture over the BB. Bake at 170c Fanbake until golden.

Stacey, wondering if thermamix would sponsor you? Being offgrid I avoid buying anything electrical unless needed, but you use that thing so often for so many different things (and it works great!) that I’m tempted to get one.

My grandmother used Paraffin Wax over her Jams to seal them, once emptied she melted/cleaned the wax and use it again and again.

Hi Stacey, thanks for the video. Everything looks absolutely delicious! I happen to have an electric ice cream maker. Would you have any recipes for making ice cream that way? I've never tried making freezer ice cream using condensed milk as you did, but it looks yummy with the warm blueberries on top! Great dessert ideas! I'm thinking the slice recipe would be great for just about any fruit. I have a couple of fig trees and always make jam in September. Maybe I'll use some to make a fig slice. You've inspired me!

That dehydrated blueberry pulp ( powdered in a coffee grinder) is amazing on porridge! We made one with blackberries last year and added strawberry and blueberry powders to the pantry this year.

Wonderful ideas for blueberries! All of it looks so good. I love the powder; it would be good sprinkled over ice cream, yogart, cottage cheese... I love your apron as well; beautiful

Oh yes! that sounds amazing! Yes this new one is my current favorite! They are so expensive over here that one was on special for $57. I might have to get my sewing machine out.
