I will never can blueberries again. They just about disintegrate in the water. And then waterbathed after that. Just a big flop in my opinion.

That’s too bad. Mine stayed plump and I use them in pancakes. I use the juice in my batter. I’m sorry that happened.

Mine did the same, i guess blueberry syrup then, thank goodness i only did 8 pints
