"Beauty Standards" Are SO Different From Our Natural Beauty

Standard means common, normal, regular. However, many of us women and girls across various cultures have been negatively affected by cultural expectations of beauty that contradict how most of us naturally look. This has led to self-esteem issues and "fixes" that cause damage to our skin, hair, and mental health. All forms of beauty are valid and should be appreciated as such. These unrealistic "beauty standards" must end.
