We went online "peace of mind" to get guidance on what we could do to prepare for when either my husband and/or I passes.
We then added our own template, added in information that is relatable to our circumstances and also included where info are filed etc.
I think I got carried away with details but that is me 😂.
It was a great exercise to go through as there are aspects of it that we have to stop, reflect and think clearly about our lives and our love ones needs. We are so busy with our lives which can be a difficult thing to do.

Thank you, Mattie. I’ve never heard of this, but we’ll go and look it up now. I’ll probably be like you…I’ll be there a week from now still filling in all the details!
Thank you for sharing, my friend. Sending you much love ❤️x

Thank you so much for the comment, Liz. I had to delete my earlier comment because I’ve been targeted by so many scammers that it’s been alarming. Amazing how those type target the vulnerable. Anyway, I wanted so say,my sincerest condolences and I get what you are saying about it suddenly hitting you-what did it for me when my own mum passed was my mother in law saying she still missed her mother every day. A woman approaching her 80s…I thought, well, it is something we all have to face sooner or later. And suddenly women everywhere were offering their condolences and telling me about their mums…I felt in a way like it was part of a strange club somehow that now I would be part of forever. It’s normal and ok, and it comes in waves. Big hug to you and Brian. And the coffee is on me when I do get to NZ! ❤😊

I love grounding too, Penny. First thing in the morning standing looking into the early morning sun with my feet in the soil of my garden...it's a true tonic. Thank you for your kind words ❤

It is so nice to see you both, our dear Liz and Brian.💖 Thank you for sharing with all of us your emotions and experiences with grief. 😘We completely understand your nightmares, panic attacks, and stress.😢 It's great that you managed to keep your emotions from exploding. We need to learn from each other how to deal with grief. It's not easy, and we are all different. But your openness about this will help many people💕. These emotions will always be with you, and there will always be something that triggers them. That's life, and that's the deep love you have for your mom💖. Just take your time and use your beautiful wisdom. Hugging and kissing both of you. Lots of love, stay strong together. 💖💖

Hope you talking about your grief is helping both of you too. Greif doesnt go away, nor does love. The stronger the love the longer the greif.
As i told you i still greive my chicken that died in the 50s, now my sisters dog who died a couple of months ago.
Brian should go to counselling too. He loved your Mum too. Talk to your Mum, talk to her. Tell her what you feel. After a while you will remember what she'd probably tell you what to do. Like you're having a conversation.
