Thanks for your informative video. I received this exact machine last week for my birthday and have tried at least 25 times but can't get a good espresso😭😭. Bitter, not enough pressure and quick extraction are the predominant problems. I will try your recipe tomorrow. Can you tell me where your grind amount dial was on this video? Was filter size set at single or double and did you press the single or double cup. Thank you. So glad I found this video!
Do not fill the hopper with coffee beans. You can turn the grinding amount up all the way because you have to determine the amount. For a double shot, I recommend grinding 18g dose of coffee beans after measuring them each time. In this way, they will not become stale by waiting in the hopper. Grind Amount ayarı öğütmenin miktarını belirler fakat bu konuda pek tutarlı değildir. Onu her zaman maksimumda tutmanı ve kahve haznesine her seferinde sadece öğütmen gereken miktarda çekirdek eklemeni tavsiye ederim.
Haznede bekleyen çekirdekler valfli paketlerde bekleyenlere göre daha hızlı bayatlarlar. Diğer sebep de her seferinde kullandığınız doz kadar öğüttüğünüzden emin olmanızla ilgili. Yine de hazneyi dolu kullanmak isterseniz grind amount ayarından dozlama miktarını ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Espresso için ideal demleme basıncı 9 bar kabul edilir. Barista Express basınç göstergesinde gri alanın ortaları 9 bara denk gelir. Bazı kahve çekirdeklerinin su tutuculuğu azdır ve Barista Express ile 9 barda hazırlandığında demlenmesi gereken süreden daha erken biter ve tası ekşi olur. Before I grind the coffee beans, I shake them with a few drops of water. Some spray water with a spray. The aim here is the same.
It is a simple technique applied to prevent the formation of static electricity during grinding. The name of the technique is "ross droplet technique" (RDT).
Did you have to turn off the steam wand after preparing it? It looks like the steam wand stopped before you insert the milk jug but I didn't see your hand turning it off 🤔
It is run first until regular steam comes out. Turn off the steaming and quickly insert the milk jug and start steaming.

I would kindly suggest you to go between 25-29 second extraction as anything over will result in bitter, anything under will result under extracted.
This is how I find the correct extraction time for myself is that I times how many grams of beans by 1.5 (18gram x 1.5=27)and I will get my ideal time for extraction. If you do this method your espresso will definitely taste much better

You steamed the coffee for way too long and the milk congealed. That’s why the milk didn’t combine with your crema.
