I think I found my perfect workout! Working 16-18 hours a day (3-5 days a week) I really don't have time to get to a gym every day for a 30-minute workout. Days off, I am trying to tackle other stuff and get so the called amount of sleep. 10 minutes is perfect! Thank you for sharing and creating these workouts for us busy people.
Is there any way to do a diastasis recti safe 10 minute workout focusing on weight training? I love your vids, but a lot of the shorter ones have such a focus on abs and I can't do any of it because of the diastasis recti.
