Canon SX50 Ultrasonic IS Image Stabilization Test

The Canon PowerShot SX50HS has a very effective image stabilization system using a quiet ultrasonic motor drive system. In this video you can see how stable the video is while walking through the woods, as well as how shaky the video is while IS is turned off.
IS might not be appropriate for all situations, on the SX50 you can choose between no stabilization, stabilization, and enhanced stabilization which is more aggressive and good for long range zooming.
