I bought a moschino skirt the other day. Spent ages trying to ascertain if it was fake. However it had several labels and seemed to look like the ones online. Plus the quality of the fabric and sewing work was good quality. Sold already!
Some Mulberry items are made in China these days but the made in tag is usually small, black and square. The lining is wrong, stitching should be straight. Underneath the zip where the pull is attached it should either have a Mulberry tree symbol or it will be a riri zip. It’s obvious the bag is fake.
I found what looked to be a Mulberry bag in a charity shop, in the showcase. £30. I bought it. It had Mulberry stamped on everything, the zips, the catches. And the lining. But I was so wary , I returned it. Now I think it probably was genuine! That sound is me slapping my head 🤣

It does look nice. They are made in China, Turkey and England but their tags are small and black. The fabric inside is not a mulberry fabric and no stamping of hardware.
I found a Hermes slipper at charity shop, looked very real. I had a very good research at the charity shop, found out it was fake 😢😢. No wonder it was left on the shelf 🤔🤔. Very nice one though. Need to be careful with the sports shoes as well. Thanks for the information. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I agree the bag is fake. The errors you've mentioned are spot on. Mulberry is one of the most faked bags and purses I've come across. Also the fact the bag isn't leather. Mulberry bags are known for being full leather. Which is why they have a price tag.
