These are the bags you need to make a video about so people don't end up paying hundreds for a very convincing fake. I have a genuine Alexa and I've seen fake - the main things to look for are the lack of suede lining under the flap, the Mulberry tree looking slightly messy, especially on the small studs and the leather tag inside. The trees on the lining are in rows of upright trees and upside-down trees. Fakes don't often have the upside-down trees. The leather will be quite stiff. Even when new, the standard buffalo Alexa is quite soft and slouchy. And watch out for colours never offered by Mulberry. They give each colour a specific name, such as Oak, Plum, Foggy Grey, etc. If a bag is stated as 'light tan' or something like that then of course the seller could have forgotten the precise name but it's not likely. And watch out for hardware combinations that never existed, such as Oak with silver hardware. It was never made.
You really need to do a comparison with a really good fake! Honestly this is quite ridiculously easy......its actually plastic. Have you really seen a leather total replica? Now these really are hard to tell the difference!
You have chosen a really bad fake, probably from a market trader in turkey. We have just got back from marmaris and were amazed at the excellent quality at a fraction of the price, you have to go to the right shops of course were you just can't tell the difference. After all the real ones are made in Turkey anyway.
It would have been better to show what to look for in the bag itself. You just talk about where not to buy one. They should fire you. Your information is bad. For instance, you could have showed the magnet snaps. or the logo of the inside of the bag. You really failed on this one.
