Nice trail. Those turkeys must be have tame. Lol. No way you get that close to them where I live. Lol. That view must be awesome at 11:00 when the leaves are off. 2 for 1 special? Second park in one video? You got more energy than me. Lol. Cool stairs going down to the lake but man I was thinking I would not want to have to climb back up that. Lol. 24:10. Finally got some rocks. Wow that stump at 26:20. That’s the first time I have seen what they have at the gemshop. Cool. Man I want to go to a shop like that and dig through barrels and buckets and pick stuff out myself. That place, richardsons, the rock shop to name s few! I see so much stuff I want. 😅 I would be digging till my fingers bled through the coyamito barrel. The ones you picked up in the first container in the basement had me drooling especially the very first one! Ya killin me smalls! Nice shop. Great video bud.
@@JnVrockhounding Hey, Jeff! Both parks were relatively small. Yet, it was very fun to explore. Hahahaha, yeah, those turkeys didn't seem to mind me too much. The first bin in the basement was those Black River agates from ArgentinaI told you about. I'll grab you a couple today and some sumatra agates to cut open. I'm about to head up there now. Hit me up if there's anything else you want me to look at. Thanks for watching, bud. Take care 😁👍
@@johnsaucerhunter Howdy, John! I'm so glad I looked for some other things to do that day before the shop opened. Found two very nice parks. I appreciate you watching and leaving a comment, my friend. Have a great weekend, Capt. 🙂
@micheleslaughter1324 Michele, hello! That shop is just amazing! There are quite a few nice shops in that town and a nice museum close by to visit also. Cedarburg is a beautiful area. Have a wonderful weekend 🙂
Good Morning , I love that little shop and want just about everything in it lol and the beautiful walk through the trees to the lake was very inspiring , Thanks for taking us on your adventure today , love that those Turkeys said Hi to you , have a great week end , Rock on x
@111bexstar Good morning to you also, Bead Pie! That was a very enjoyable, peaceful stroll through the woods that day. It is an hour drive to the shop for me, and sometimes I look for other places to visit to add to my day. It was funny hearing the turkeys saying hello and glad I was able to capture it 😆 I've had many people ask me to make a video when I visit the shop. I'm glad you enjoyed the tour. Have a great weekend and rock on 😁
Another good hike , beautiful out there , wow what a selection at the gem shop , i would have went broke in the basement lol , there specimen collection was crazy too , good video thanks
@wilbondcajunrockhound5758 Hi Wil! I really enjoyed the two parks I visited before the shop. It was a great day...until I broke the bank. Hahahaha! Thanks for watching, my friend.
Nice area to hike. Like all the sounds of nature also. That sure was strange how that one area had so many trees uprooted. That was one heavy duty chain on the bench, another strange thing to see. So far pretty interesting area. There is that view to die for 21:00. I order from the Gem Shop often. I can't wait to see what it looks like inside :) I love this rock shop and appreciate you giving us a tour. I hope to get there some day ! Have a great weekend😊
@upnorthadventureswithccc Hi, Cherry! The views of the lake were very pretty at Virmond Park, but those stairs going down to the beach still freak me out just thinking about it, hahaha. I hope you get a chance to see for yourself one day how lovely their store is. Yeah, odd seeing the benches chained. Weird. Thanks much for watching. Have a great weekend 😊
What a wonderful little hike! A little wet for you but it didn't bother us at all! Lol! But it was peaceful and not a bad hike, except for the spiderweb to the face and the trails that wandered off cliffs! Lol. But it was lovely! And you had turkey for company! And the second park was neat. Nice little hike. And the gem shop was awesome! I wanted everything! Just so many cool rocks! Some of those huge pieces of colorful pet wood, were just amazing! Man! I could happily live and die in there! Awesome video Shawn! I don't know how you can only buy a few things! And then to go upstairs and have so much restraint! I admire that! Because have none! I would have crawled into a display case and just died a happy girl! Lol! Thanks Shawn!❤
@@largent45 Hiya, Lisa! I just loved taking a peaceful stroll through the woods and having some vocal turkeys to join me. It was a little wet but refreshing. Fun places to explore. And yes, the Gem Shop is just so awesome to walk around. It is extremely hard to exercise restraint there. I won't say how much I actually spent that day 🤣 Thank you for coming along. I'm very happy you enjoyed the video. Have an awesome weekend!

@AussieRockhoundingandAdventure Courtney! I try and go out whenever I have time off and explore nature and possibly look for rocks. I have some really awesome nature videos coming up from a recent trip I took up north. I enjoy taking people along because most of us will never get to go where we are watching in videos. You take me to beaches in Australia looking for out of this world agates and find all kinds of pretty shells and creatures. I always look forward to your and Karens adventures as well. I'm glad you enjoyed this one. Take care 😊
@GMAN1965 Mike! I spent a little while that day sorting through the Malawis. I went back today, and I completely forgot again to grab some extras for my friend. But I did grab some awesome stuff! Wow, what a sweet rock shop!! Its like a candy store except instead of jars there are BARRELS😮 its on my visit list for sure. How far is it from you? If i was near there id be there alll the time just to dig through the rough. Thanks for filming and showing it Shawn!☺️

Hey man, you should either talk louder or get a wireless microphone. I had to turn it up so loud to hear you talk, that the rocks clanking around in the barrels was unbearably loud!
Hey, 🐢! Thank you for the feedback. I did lower the volume from 100 to 72 to help drown out some of the background noises. I didn't find that it was hard to hear what I was saying, but I will consider getting a mic for future videos. Other than that, I hope you liked the video. Thanks much for watching and commenting.
