    1 - Static Quads, 30s, 5x
    2 - Bridge, 5s, 5x, 3 sets
    3 - Knee flexion, 15x, 3 sets
    4 - Isometric Hamstring, 30s, 5x
    5 - Through range quads, 15x, 3 sets
    6 - Wall squat, 5s, 10x, 3 sets
    7 - Single leg stand, 2-3 min

    Bro pl tell me I can walk very well without support but when too much pressure applies I have fear my knee will give up I can fully bend me knee with some pain but my knee produces buckling sound when I fully bend it

      Go for a surgery in that case. I am also going next week. You already done your surgery or not yet? If yes, then please share your experience

    Going on 3 weeks with torn ACL. Surgery in 4 days. 2nd time doing these exercises and they're very helpful.

    bro i torned my acl 20 days ago and i still cant bend my knee what to you mean do bridge. And everything here in greece is so shit you have to wait so much time to visit the doctor and you have to pay him so much money nice country

    I just torn my ACL two days ago. Once the inflammation is gone (it’s what’s causing me pain right now) i will start doing this exercises until i have my surgery. Thank you!

    I’m having knee ligament surgery in 8 days and I’ve been told nothing about doing these exercises. Furthermore I’ve got both wrists broken and I won’t be able to use crutches, so unfortunately I’m going to cancel operation till my wrists have healed.

      So sorry to hear. I have a completely torn ACL, bucket handle torn meniscus, and a grade 2 tear of my MCL. I was told absolutely nothing about exercises by the doctor at least for pre-operation as well. These cause me pain but not a ton just movement pain. I’m curious what happened where you broke both wrists and tore your ACL?

      @@isaacschafer5337 It was a motorcycle accident. A car smashed into me. I also had my scrotum torn and testicle rupture. I found out my ACL is torn also but I can walk and use my legs well. I’m not going ahead with operation. I don’t do sports so it’s not an issue. Hope you get well my friend.

    Im going for surgery in a few weeks, I tore acl many years ago. do I need to do prehab exercises even though my knee isnt currently injured?

      Id say yes , since building more muscle in your leg will help with afterwards for surgery & recovery

    I tore my mcl grade 3 and have a acl grade 2 do i need to undergo surgery or these excercise will help

      grade 3 acl is complete tear, the only cure if you want to continue an active life and avoid arthritis and other issues in future is ACL reconstruction surgery only. I will undergo the surgery this month last week.

    It’s been 2 weeks since I tore my ACL. I start ‘Prehab’ in 2 days & idk when I’m getting surgery. Should I start these exercises soon?

      You should get full range of motion before the surgery. Otherwise it would be difficult to get it back

      After injury yes, if you continue these exercises, after surgery, probably not

      Wow you have been waiting 3 months already for surgery... how are you dealing with life? I'm unable to stand or walk and using crutches to get around 😢

      @HecticSluzza yeah it’s been pretty terrible, but after the first 2 months I finally could walk but limping and now I can walk but it’s very easy for me to twist it on accident so I have to be careful

      @@asianangler no I definitely couldn’t, I have a grade 3 tear so it’s pretty severe. I’m 4 months into the injury and can walk with minimal pain

      My ACL is completely tear but it doesn't pain when I put pressure on it then only it pain a little 2 weeks became for me

      Bro, I have the same case! It's fuckin' disgusting thinking about the surgery. Me too can't wait for too long for the surgery. But to have movements in legs will ultimately lead to a smooth post surgery recovery. That is why, they recommend exercises. And I also have to wait for 1 month for the surgery.

    How soon do you start after the injury?

      I would assume as soon as possible. Just make sure that you're not making any pain worse.

    I completely tore my ACL and MCL 3 weeks ago. I want to start exercise to strength my leg buy I can’t bent my leg. It feels like something is going to POP or break. Like lots of pressure when I bent it even before 30degress. Should I wait lil longer??

      I tore my ACL and MCL on June 16. My physio told me to do these exercises but only as much as I can first, then slowly go a little bit deeper each day. If you feel pain where your MCL is you should stop.

      @@Navdeepsmom thank you! That’s what I been doing. And yup! The pain does come from the MCL when I overdue it but I stop and ice for 20 min and stop for couple hrs then do it again. It’s getting better everyday

      @@bradselc3618 Thats awesome to hear. Keep me updated on how your recovery is going. It's nice to talk to someone else going through the same thing. I'm in Canada though and most likely need to wait up to 8 months until I can get my ACL surgery

      @@Navdeepsmom I’m still waiting for my appointment to see the Orthopedic. I don’t have insurance so have to self pay everything. I also dislocated my left shoulder and fractured it in the same Atv accident. I will need Surgery for both. Left knee and left shoulder. It’s hard but positive thinking is part of healing process.
