    Hi, this is Dr. Natalie Cordova, and this is Dr. Brandon Siegmund. And we're here to demonstrate the anterior neck stretch for your head forward posture. So you're gonna take your hands and hold down on the clavicle right here in the middle of the sternum. And you're gonna look straight up. Stretching out the front of the neck, and you're gonna hold it there for ten seconds. You're gonna feel the stretch, and the more you pull down with you hands and look up with your chin, it's really stretching out the front of your neck. You can hold it there for ten seconds and then go back to neutral and then go back up. And then tilt slightly over to the side, rotate slightly to the side. And see you're stretching the whole right side. This is his right side, and you're feeling a nice tug, and you're pulling down with the hands. The chin continues to look up, and you're holding that for ten seconds. You go back to neutral and look up and over to the other side. Again, you're stretching out the opposite side, the left side. Really tugging on the skin and the muscle, stretching out the front of the neck, holding it there for ten seconds, and then resting and resetting and doing it again. You repeat this three times. Central, right, and left.
