    Gelatine massa is prefabricated: 1 part of gelatine and 6 parts of water.

    hi chef! i can see from here the condensed milk is quite liquidy, is it any different from the regular one? Thank you.

      Its not as liquidy as you think plus its a glaze id look up the thing u need

      gelatin mass is 1 part of gelatin and 6 times water . Disolve them let the solution to firm and ready.

    Can u please clarifay what u mean by Gelatine masse ( is it 20 grams of gelatine powder and 120 g of water or what?)

    What a shame no answers to the questions below ...so now I'm left wondering...140 grams is way way to much gelatine powder ....
