Im in CA. Instead of Warranty Deed, don't we call it a Grant Deed?

Hi Karen! We normally always use grant deeds in California, but there are other types of deeds that could be used. A warranty deed is a different type of deed than grant deed. A warranty deed is normally used in other states, but you just need to have a brief idea of what it is for the California State Exam. :) -Schyler
