Great job except that Lot Block and Tract does not refer to Assessor's Parcel number and map. It refers to the subdivision map, usually a Final Map (tract map) or Parcel map which identify parcels by lot, block, and Tract number. Actually it is illegal to use the APN as a legal description to sell property. The concept is that the legal description should positively identify a unique parcel. APNs are created for tax purposes only, not for any other purpose and they are temporary and often change.
