Hello Schyler. Just a few weeks ago, I started looking into becoming a broker. I love your coaching videos by the way. My question is, are these videos (Top practice questions) the same for the Broker CA exam preparation? Or just for the Sales Person?

I just passed my CA real estate exam on the first try. Thank God for the ARES exam preparation workbook and videos. Keep up the good work.

I took the Broker's test in September 2024 (and passed) in La Palma and the DRE did not provide anything. A person asked for a calculator and they were denied. The only thing allowed on the desk were your ID and locker bracelet. I feel a calculator and whiteboard are not needed, there were no math questions on my test. When I took the Salespersons test back in the day, we all received calculators.

why do your questions seem significantly trickier than other practice exams... the intent of the questions is to trick instead of make clear... unfortunate...

I'm trying to get registered with the MLS because I guess I could only list a home if I'm registered with the MLS and one of the questions it ask "Have you ever been disciplined the DRE?" My license was suspended one time because I didn't make my child support payment because well I didn't have a listing or a source of income so yeah. The real estate department suspended my license and a few months later I paid it and now I'm in good standing and I have a guaranteed listing but I can't list it because the MLS is asking this question. So not complying with my child support obligation is that considered disciplinary action?
