Hello Skyler, Thank you so much for the amazing videos that you guys post, it helps me prepare for the test. I’m located in SoCal and working to get my real estate license. The reason I chose to get started in real estate is because my goal is to be a real estate developer. So my question is, how can one become a real estate developer and get started with it. Do I need a real estate license, or some kind of education, are there any requirements to be one, where can I learn about real estate development, and are the rules similar in other states? It would be great if you make a video on this subject. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work.
Good video not a great video. With regard to exam preparation I find it best to tell us whats correct instead of convoluting with whats not the answers. just whats correct for the purposes of remembering things.
