Hey I just passed thanks to you guys! I failed once and kept rescheduling and I got fearful and kept rescheduling and studying. I passed my exam haha I’m so happy to be at this point! I was going to go back and reschedule the test for another day but thankfully my dad haggled me to do it then lol I now need my new dl and get a fbi background check then get a broker. 🙏🏿 thank God I did it then lol I had to get only 45 wrong and as I was marking my uncertain response it was exactly 45 questions. I had 15 mins left over from the 3 hours time limit and only got through like 5ish questions but passed. I think that was so interesting that meant I had all other 105/150 questions correct or I had more right than I thought. I just want to thank you guys for your help and encouragement. I was watching your videos two hours leading up and it helped me retain some knowledge that slipped but that absolutely showed up on the exam! One thing I got thrown off of is not over thinking but when I reread my questions I wanted to go back the questions were very specific so thankfully I’ll just redo my license before 2 years because I don’t want to take the course/test again(nothing personal :) ) thanks friends and skylar and the churches! Btw I want to say I heard skylars voice while talking the test with maria and dust and another I’m blanking lol
@@dn3607 study the vocabulary and understand how they’re used. I cant say it was hard, but anxiety does kick in. Just focus on the questions and don’t overthink them. Good luck!
If this is a sample of the 2022 test I feel so much more confident. I would love to see some more before I take my test beginning of may, otherwise thank you so much! I got 22/25 goin through with you.
#12 I thought the question was asking "What" is the quitclaim deed conveying. My guess would have been the property (C) since it is not asking "Who" is conveying.
Remember, a quitclaim deed is used for the grantor to "quit their claim" on the property. Thus, a quitclaim deed transfers all the right, title, and interest the grantor holds in the real property at the time of the transfer.
The DRE released them, so they are still in the database of questions but the exact verbiage will probably not be the same. However, the concepts and material behind it will be very similar to questions you will see on the state exam!
My notes from RE Trainers Sales Persons crash course says when property owner has not paid property taxes it is deeded to county not state. Which is correct?
Great question! Tax delinquent properties are deeded to the State of California, but the county tax collector where the property is located facilitates the tax sale. I hope that clarifies!

So CA rxam does have the math questions? Several other videos i watched state CA exam Does NOT have math questions...
The odds of having even one math question is low but there are a few still in circulation that show up. Our Math video talks about that in detail :)

State exam is in person at one of their five locations in California.
