Definitely should have been able to stream that. It would have been cool to see the format of celeb catching before pro. Pros would definitely put them on the meat

I would have MUCH rather seen that instead of the high school, kayak or any of the other mess on the Classic stage.
While that maybe true the future is very important and that’s what the high school, college & Kayak events are all about. I don’t think it’s right to refer to them as a mess

Keep! Would be great & maybe BASS might do a drawing for say maybe 5 members to be drawn out to fish in it also. Maybe bring the winner out on stage the first day or not either way BASS needs to grow it. Dave I need one of your cards autographed. Please and thank you!

I agree, keep it. But Bass needs to advertise more. Im very involved in the fishing scene, and had no idea about it until the day of.
But if even a few of the celebrities could advertise on their social media, or maybe even do a FB live, it could turn into something very beneficial.

4:18 I’m with Mercer and not with Mercer at the same time. The celebrity ProAm should be a combo of live feed coverage for TV & Streaming, but also it should be its own semi separate event from the Classic by itself. Just make it kind of like what they do with golf’s “The Match”, where they can make a televised product challenge event out of it. Where maybe it has live streaming at set times, for predetermined time slots, just for the internet platforms, and then have the finale of the event be done strictly for the TV product. That way people can see bits and pieces from the live segments but, in order to see the bulk of it, and to watch the end and get the results, they have to tune in to the TV show. Idk, something like that would be awesome. But I don’t really care to be trying to keep up with that, while the Classic is going on all that much.

Certainly a Keep! Have BASS Live broadcast this. Make it bigger-more entries/teams.
They defintely need to put more effort and focus onto this and hopefully attract some more high profile celebs. BTW I think matt is spot on with his take on this one!

Concur with live coverage/ or special…but agree with Mercer that they want the fishing…not the stage appearance. Mercer…get the rock in it…your connection…lol.

I was hoping they had video of them fishing. I actually looked for it but evidently it wasn’t. We know Deion Sanders likes to fish.

Bass Pro-Am is equivalent to the Par 3 Contest.
I’ve still only seen about a 2 minute clip of it .
Yes this year it was more of an event to attend not video. But a lot of the celebrities did shoot it and will be releasing more and more videos

They definitely should lean into it! I had no idea that they were doing anything like it until I started seeing posts after the fact. Totally agree with making it a 1 hour packaged show…If your editors can dive thru the footage quick enough…you could splice it into the middle of the Classic Live footage on Sunday…or right after, your choice

All the money bass throws around !! And I can't get my prize package for 5$ for renewing my subscription ! Witch iv had for 30 years !
