Isn't it yummy Emma? That's a great idea to make your own pumpkin pie spice! I've been thinking about making this juice with carrots too, since the butternut squash isn't the best for juicing now that I've done it a couple of times. Carrots are way better at juicing. Just a tip for improvement. Glad you enjoyed it! Cheers! Melissa
I have chronic low grade inflammation in my body due to many injuries, this juice helps a lot I have been drinking it for 4 months I notice a huge difference and it taste amazing. Thank you Melissa!
I made this for me and my hubby today, What a treat!! it was my first time making a juice too!! I never had any pumpkin pie spice,(I'm not sure if you can get it in the UK), but I searched for a homemade version online and I had all the spices to hand so I we didn't miss out :) thanks Melissa xx
Hi Melissa, a carboot sale is an organised way for people sell there unwanted household items, They are normally held outside on a huge field, sellers drive there cars/vans with all there things to sell, its a great way to recycle and pick up a bargain!
Sounds like fun Emma! :) I think I've been to one in Bristol Vermont where I did my teacher training with Phoenix Rising Yoga therapy - they were raising money for something or another. Of course it wasn't called a car boot sale in the US! ;) Good luck, may Lakshmi bless you with a great new juicer! :) xoMelissa
That's great new Emma. I think you'll find some videos. Let me know if you want a specific one - send me a question and I'll be happy to create a custom juice tailored to your question. Cheers, Melissa
Just my luck Melissa.... My juicer has died so I am on look out for another, the next day after my anti inflamatory juice I made another juice for my daughter hubby and myself unfortunately I never got one as as the juicer stopped working just as I was about to make mine haha it was a hand me down so cant complain, I don't want to spend too much on a juicer, as I'm not sure if its something I will stick to, I will try the carboot sales xx
Thank You :) I am picking up my new juicer tomorrow Melissa, no luck at the bootsale I'm afraid, but I have reserved a cheap one in Argos, Its £30 so not that expensive but it does have good reviews, Cookworks is the brand, I have there bread maker which I use more or less every day with no issues, so I will try it and see how it goes!! I need a good recipe for digestion now haha I will search through your "Thisty Thursdays" to see if you have anything :) Namaste Emma xoxo

Nathan Brown HI Nathan, Thanks for your question. I would recommend seeking out the medical professional help of a naturopathic doctor or traditional chinese medicine doctor or even a medical doctor. Namaste, Melissa
Dear Emma, boo :( That's so sad. Maybe you will find another god one. Carboot sales ... now that is an English term! You have to tell me what that means! Is it like a garage sale? xo Melissa
