Dr. West the massage sounds like Ineed to get so where can I purchase this product. Are you established in Chicago. My hand & wrist started a day agoI think from overuse as I must push my cart on regular basis.Last night I use ice.

I clicked on the One I needed I eat an advocada a day my hand is stiff from wrist break going to get some argan oil..will let you know I have been trying to stretch But fingers are very painful ..thank you so much..

Thank you. are there oilto help the tendons loosen u? Im 5 weeks after a fracture and the hands and tendons are still so stiff even after excercises...warm water .... etc.Thanks again

I didn’t do hand massage or exercise I drunk more water and stiffness in hands went away

I am 7+ weeks after a wrist hair line fracture. My fingers are so stiff and I am a little scared tto go without a wrap still. Your video was helpful
