Hi Doctors, thank you for making this video. Would you please make a video about how we can identify what is causing our specific dark eye circles so that we can try to decide what to do to fix this?
Yeah me too. I hear that there's the option of injecting platelet-rich plasma under the eyes instead of dermal fillers, but I'm unsure of how true and effective it is so you might wanna do extra research on it. But I feel like it's a more natural option since there's no risk of filler migration or filler accidentally getting injected into a vein/blood vessel and possibly going blind if not caught in time to use hyaluronidase to dissolve it.
For me, fillers under my eyes was the best solution as I had a shadowing problem. I was hesitant for a couple of years, but so glad I tried it, makes such a difference.

@@Doctorly Even so you nailed it! 🙂
Doctorly don’t be nervous! You don’t look nervous in your TikToks lol
@@meghandandrea4790 haha thank you - you know what's funny, I give lectures all the time, some to large groups of people at conferences. 99% of the time I'm not nervous. But then there's that 1%, especially for talks I've been looking forward to doing for a long time, that I still get nervous for
Doctorly I get it! I’m a teacher haha I subscribed and follow you on TikTok. I sincerely need help with what eye cream to use. We need a video on that. I also have watched and favorites all your videos to refer back to. Only vitamin C serum in the AM and retinoid at night? There are so many options!
Looking forward to the eye bag session! Thanks for a very informative session.
Didn't mention any about lack of sleep! I think my dark circles come from screens and tiredness. When I am relaxed and away from screens, they get better.
I sleep 15 hrs a day I have always had them
Oh yes your absolutely correct
@@veganeatstreats25 They might be hereditary. They're multifactorial.
@@veganeatstreats25 15hrs is like over sleeping
@@aashisaxena4667 I know but it's just how I sleep
Just started watching you guys..very good !! thanks
Teardrop depression 😔 when said like that it sounds saddening
Tear Trough Depression not Teardrop. I know, it did sound like "drop" at first.
Google it and you will see.
This is a great video thank you
I would love to know what are some good retinoid eye creams?
lately I've seen vids by optometrists asking us to avoid retinoids around the eyes, can you guys do an updated video on the subject?
I love the way they speak😍
What eliminated my dark circles? Enough sleep. No amount of product can do what 8-9 hours every night will do for your skin.
I'm loving this video!
Thx to both of you for all the information you provide to us,. With your busy schedules you still have time for your viewers! Many thanks ❤️
Our pleasure! Thank you so much for your support :)
I watch your videos like drilling day and night and relize how should I start taking care of my skin by today. I saw lot of beauty influencers have really complicated routines (for me), but not yours. Those are simply perfect, gonna get some product soon and try asap.
For me, my allergies cause my dark circles to be worse. I use Flonase and claritin everyday and it helps a lot!
Definitely can contribute too. My allergies have been bad this spring and I woke up today wayyyyyyyyyy too early today. I looked like a panda my dark circles were so prominent this morning -Dr. Maxfield
Same for me! That being said, I’ve had my dark circles since I was LITTLE, so mostly genetic, but I’ve also had severe allergies since I was little too, and I do notice them drastically more during my allergen peak seasons.
@@Torigg19 hello, please answer.
If you use that everyday do you become immune to it?
I used Benadryl and I became immune to it.
I used Claritin a couple of days ago because my allergies were bad and I noticed that the dark circles have lessened a bit.
Dr. Max and Dr.shah , thanks for your valuable time in making up valuable videos about skin care , I’ve been following your videos long time they are informative .
Now I understand why every day cream instruction says :avoid eye area💥
Love love love your videos thank you so much, both of you are awesome 😊
Love your videos and I look forward to them! 👍 Which city are you located?
We are in Wilmington NC!
Entertaining and informative :) Thankyou
You 2 are so awesome !! Thank you for all the information. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. Binging watching all the videos.
Thank you so much.God bless❤️
Ahhhh I need that eye bag video like NOW!
Thank you both for these videos! I'm literally binging them all!
Very good teachers!
I'm 15 and I have genetically dark circles☹😣
You guys are amazing! 🙌👏👏👏
OK, say it 3 times really fast "thin skin, thin skin, thin skin". LOL! Thank you for a great video! I've needed this info for decades. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing👍🏽
Please please please can you do a video on sagging eyelids? I’m considered “mature” now 🙄 as far as my skin (just turned 50) and I actually have pretty good skin but my BIGGEST skincare issue is droopy eyelids. Is there a topical treatment for long term improvement? I see a lot of “instant “ products but that doesn’t interest me. Thank you for providing such valuable information in your videos. So glad I found your channel
@coco marineblu This is true! I'm actually okay with aging... gracefully...lol...but these damn hooded eyelids drive me crazy. If there was a non-surgical treatment for that, I'd be perfectly happy with every other aspect of aging. I don't wear make-up so I can't even strategically mask them (if I even knew how, though I'm sure there's a video on it!) Anyway, thanks for taking the time to reply. 😊
these tow drs make me wanna dance from happiness and positive vibes and valuable informations
Yes thank you. I’ve been waiting for this. I ask on tiktok. Appreciate this!
I'm glad it helps!
