Watching love winning over hate is cathartic. This show, made out of spite, was hijacked by the people it hated so much, but those very people added this warmth to the character that was missing. All the fan art and memes mocking the show that I've seen are constructive and empathetic instead of being vicious or mean-spirited. That's so rare for the internet, and it's so refreshing to see.

This likely isn’t going to end with Norm being in the wrong. If anybody is interested in show where a bigoted old man learns to accept his queer family member, id recommend Ted. The episode genuinely made me tear up, and the show is actually so funny! (I didn’t even like the movies)
For a moment I confused it with Fred and just thought "was it really deeper than i remember" and i just accepted for a second that that was the subtext of the movie.

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been commenting as much but ever since coming out, I noticed that multiple aspects of my life as improved greatly. A day after finally coming out, I had the motivation to take a shower, which is something I haven't done in so long that I can't remember when I took my last one. It felt refreshing and my skin felt amazing. A day later, I finally went outside, which is something I haven't done In years. It was better than I remembered It being. I also took the time to finally clean my room, It took 2 days, but when I did, my room had so much space and It felt good to walk freely without stepping on multiple mountain dew cans. But today, I also have applied for a job at Mcdonalds and I hope I can hear back from them soon. Thank you for everything guys, I love y'all and will keep you updated
