I have a pair of C&J Harrogate in cordovan, I'm biased but I think they are the best looking double monk shoes anywhere.
Yes, that is a beautiful pair, I do like the round more classic last that it has. As a daily wearer, that would be my pick too. The Lowndes is a bit more formal, hence it my choice for wedding shoe. Wear them in good health!
double monks definitely had their peak about 10 years ago in the old #menswear days of Tumblr. I have a couple of pairs myself, I think I'll break them out more often. Usually I'll leave the top buckle undone for a little sprezzaturra

Excellent video, well-researched! With all due respect, the wrinkled shirt is a bad distractor, but the base-ball cap is awful, an eye-sore, I am sure Crockett & Jones would agree with me!! Keep the good work!!
Fair enough! Sadly this was at a time where getting a haircut wasn't a possibility in my local area. Which has thankfully changed. Hopefully no more caps :)

Would love to see a in depth comparison to Edward Green. For RTW those seem to be the only ones that best C&J in quality from all the british shoemakers.
