That is the cutest intro ever! So teeny tiny. Kind of wished you had done the same tests but in the larger printer. I just got a cr10s pro v2 and along with bigger prints, I also want to try printing the tiniest of miniatures like yours. I wanna play with the .2mm nozzles but wonder how less of a quality I will get from using such a big printer. Great video tho and thanks for the info!

I didn't realize there were such tiny nozzles available so you can print miniatures. They're so cute 👍

Right?! I just got an even tinier one, I should be printing snowflakes any day now! 😂

Glad you liked it! I made a video with the printed giant Benchy; it printed really quickly with .6mm layers! ruclips.net/video/p_dOgdyW-4s/видео.html

Your printer reallyy needs fine tuning for something like this.
I don't think my stock ones are capable

I managed to pull off a 6% Benchy the other day. Printer: BambuLab A1, Nozzle: .2mm

Did you find the tools in that kit useful? I bought the same one but couldn't work with them, I thought I was going to break the hot end. The nozzles are fine though, they work great!

Oh for sure. The stubby screwdriver with a driver attachment is worth the cost of the kit alone. I usually use a pair of channel locks to hold the heatblock rigid, and twist the nozzle off the with the driver. It's by far the easiest way I've found to replace a nozzle, but it does require a bit of experience to get the process down!

I have an Ender 3 Pro. While a resin printer is by far the better candidate, I *have* gotten a couple of really decent D&D miniatures out of it with good detail. You need to print slow and really have your printer tuned in. Your machine has to be pristine in level, and jerk settings can't be all wonky or it'll topple over (yeah, and a brim or even raft won't hurt).

Mini Benchy looks awful, have you joy tried to improve the quality?

No, it was a cheap nozzle and I haven’t revisited it since. It’s on my list to try again!
