    SO needed this 💖 and revenge bedtime procrastination is something I always do too! Just wish it was a cultural norm to have more personal time/work-life balance 😭

      Aww, Arielle 🥺 That’s so true. I think work-life balance depends so much on the culture. In Australia, we’re definitely lucky that while organisations may not always promote it, the culture does, but I know that’s not the case in places like Malaysia and Japan.
