So they tried that. And people who even loosely showed up on January 6 are rotting in prison with their teeth, being pulled out eyes gouged, etc. etc. Meaning a hotspot. That's because there are a lot more Democrats than Republicans, Republicans count on people being too lazy to show up to win. If you made it possible to vote on an app from your phone, a Republican would never win again

@@nolanschuyler5770 Jan 6th was like the canary in the coal mine. There are issues and they have largely been ignored. All mail in ballots should be present and accounted for on ELECTION DAY by poll closing. It's a completely reasonable expectation.

I think back to when Iraq held their first elections after Saddam Hussein. If they tried to pull have the shit that happens in our elections, the US & our allies would have called them invalid. It's disgusting what's happened to our elections.

Mail in ballots have existed for decades. How do you let citizens who are overseas vote? Enlisted people serving overseas?

You have to do what Australia does. In order to vote you need to be a citizen. You need to be on the voting register “ again proof of citizenship is required “ you go to vote and your name is struck off the register. Meaning one person one vote. Fill out your preference on paper ballots and stick it in the ballot box. Easy no fraud ⚖️🇦🇺🌎👍

I’m more worried about voting on computers. There should be a paper trail like there always was through most of our voting history. Vote in person on a piece of paper.
You have a paper trail on every ballot cast by Machine, it makes a print out.

According to Google only half the states require a paper trail and officials need to choose to save. 2016 failed to be able to do a recount in Pennsylvania when Hilary requested because there was no paper trail. If we start requiring saved print outs in all states that would work for me.

@@carrollsanders9376 I’m not some voter conspiracy theorist but two minutes on google said many states still do not require a paper trail. If you can find evidence otherwise, you’re welcome to share. Until then, I’ll trust what I read online over you.
@@nanakmccann I couldn't find one state not using a paper printout voting Machine, there are states that do not give receipts but all have the ability to print out the vote in real time.

I disagree, whole-heartedly, with that last statement. I'm FINE with there being a mandatory 3 month investigation into EVERY election, to ensure election integrity. Why does it degrade faith in elections by being MORE transparent!? Also, WHAT faith in the election process are you even referring to!? Speaking only for myself, I have ZERO faith in our elections.

Most European countries have more than 4 political parties
*We need to compromise make one day voting in exchange make it a holiday or on a Saturday. In NY we didnt. Absentee ballots were for military deployments of if u were traveling the day of the election or at college. Show up the say of the election with a photo ID. Funny but school board elections in NY dont allow mail in ballots. Boy i wonder why

I think u mean the electoral college and that goes back to the idea that the federal govt was created by the states. House of reps was the direct election, senators were elected by state legislatures and the president was a combi ation of both. It was to minimize the historical reality of how too much “democracy” always leads to mob rule and a one party state. History is something our schools don’t teach anymore
Because the democrats would win every election, the big cities like las Angeles has more democratic voters than 10 Midwest states , ad San Francisco,New York , St. Louis , Chicago and the list goes on and the conservatives would never win , that’s why the electoral college is the fairest
