Soy principiante en esta técnica de Urban Skechers y con tus videos me siento muy comodo, lo explicas todo muy detallado. No entiendo el idioma ingles pero me arreglo bien con los subtitulos. Un saludo desde España y muchas gracias por tus vídeos
Another great example of how to make our paintings SING. I am always learning something from watching. And then I give it a go. I am rarely disappointed and enjoy the little oops as I go along. Thanks!
Just started your lessons on Skillshare. I'm new to sketching even though I used to doodle a lot when I was in school. I realized how perfect I was trying to get my line sketches which makes it look not only boring but also not very good looking. This loose line sketching looks so great, I'm hooked. I'll practice more once the craziness of getting ready for hosting Christmas for my family passes.🌲
Thank you Toby! 👍 It's very helpful to motivate me to paint looser, as many times i don't start because of the mind wanting to do it perfect - then finding it to hard. But I recently actually realised that loosening allows one to be more expressive AND ENJOYABLE ! which is what is all about! Great tutorials you have in a relaxed manner and soothing voice Greetings from Portugal 🖌️
Just came across your youtube tutorials, wow! Clear, great tips and fun. I have got to give this a go and not be concerned about mistakes. Thank you Toby, cheers.
Another great video and one to try when I get chance. I think the refreshing of your 5 points at end was an improvement to your already excellent video and acts good reminder (a standard training technique from my training days). Having just watched your updated skillshare video for beginners I can definitely see an improvement in them in terms of your training methods. Thanks again
Thanks 👍 yes I'm certainly refining how I produce my videos and getting more structure into them, the feedback from people like yourself is a vital part of this!
thank you again for this easy to follow tutorial - I'll need to get waterproof ink for my fountain pen (it smudged - but adds additional interest ) - ;)
I just found your channel and have to say I love your work and what you teach -- the wonky, easy, gentle approach creates such unique and beautiful pieces. Thank you for sharing your talents, I am inspired! =)
Love watching your videos. I would love to get a watercolor palette like that. Where did you get it? Would love some links to your tools on where to buy.
Hi Dawn, check out urbansketch.co.uk/supplies-1 I list everything up there with affiliate links to Jackson's 😊 if you've not bought from them you get 10% off your first order too

These personalized mouse pads from @fastdtftransfer are making me rethink my workspace decor! 🤔💼 What design would complement your style?
Mouse mats need cheese presumably?
Hahaha 'Some (mistakes) ill do by accident and claim they're on purpose' i knew artists did that! 😂
