Why do you wanna show your pay? That’ll discourage drivers! 😂 if I new about the company I’m with now, I wouldn’t have have done 2yrs with Covenant! 😂 But actually the learning experience did help out a lot!
I wanna show my pay because I get asked a lot about how the pay is and if it’s worth it… I think I get payed well especially for my age I feel like more ppl would be inclined to become drivers due to the pay
It’s better to let them know how much y’all get paid per mile, because they won’t be able to gauge by what y’all take home! Sometimes they might have a bad week & look back & say that you said this is what I should make! 😂
