That's good pay you should be proud. When I was 26 I was living with mice in an apartment. I remember investing my first $500 then, at 26. Fast forward 7 years now with persistent investing, patience and luck I noticed anyone's life can change big even with my modest $600-$850 salary at the time I was making. I hope you're making that money work for you or investing in yourself brother
You guys hard worker and good ppl. I suggest looking around you can get paid .90 cpm as a team n probably more mile. 1099 which in my opinion is much better than w2 thing. But it’s personal preference. Ether way keep up good work be safe out there guys
Its the same shit doesn't matter if they split mile or split pay the math is exactly the same. If you split miles then say 6000 miles so you get paid 3000x 80cpm =2400 gross. If you split the pay based upon 80cpm then you get paid 40cpm x 6000 miles and low and behold it equals the same shit 2400$ gross.. hope this makes sense.. they split miles cause people on paper think there getting paid better when they say your making 80cpm vs 40cpm you see it looks like the bigger number makes more money but its all a gimmick in team driving its deception..
@@cryptonator1988 Curious, one trucking Co. for teams OTR, 150 to 175 a year..... I'm wondering if that's split ? It's flatbed trucking company, out of Oregon, single driver's.....70 to 80 a year! Another company, U.S. Express......100 thousand dollars a year.....is that per driver or split ?
I hear if you haul doubles for estes account guys making up to 86cpm at covenant and netting 1800-2500 net take home a week is this true? I started at covenant almost 4yrs ago it was the absolute worst company ever i thought they would never be able to change things around.. i used to sit around for 2-3 days waiting for a load out for 5-6 weeks at a time only averaging about 3000-4500 miles a week team driving checks were like 700-1100 net quit after 6 months they were absolute garbage.. again this was 4yrs ago unless they did a super revamp with dispatch and upper management i dont know about then i suppose they could have gotten new contracts and better miles. Some guy showed his 3 month pay stubs and they were fat ass checks netting 1500-2k consistently. Id recommended you get all your endorsements it will help you in the long run not just with covenant but your trucking career in general..
Hey Jeremiah, just an update from me. I'm currently in Dallas, TX and we are taking a shipment to Conyers, GA then bobtailing to Chattanooga for my Upgrade test so I can be official. Anyway, thanks again for the uploads, and the support. Keep in touch.

I’m about to start working for covenant. Within a month , do you recommend me working for this company.
They split the miles?! I’ve always been paid all miles to truck regardless of who drives what when doing teams.
