About Me
My name is Brandon Herrera. I'm the owner and operator of The AK Guy Inc, a 07 Firearm Manufacturer based out of Fayetteville, NC. I also co-own Stark Media Group, and designed the rifle known as the AK-50.

The Supreme Court has already ruled on this. Federal government is not allowed to ban ammunition. Unless you can prove that Biden made these sanctions with the main intent of prohibiting access to ammo not much we can do about it.

From what I heard, Rare Breed set themselves up to fight the ATF. They spoke with an attorney on legality, they created a separate business entity to produce the FRT trigger and thus take liability and some other things I didn’t follow. I’m invigorated to watch them fight back. I think they’re really taking a stand for the second amendment, not just their own livelihood.

Different license for ammo production, type 6. You don't need a SOT for doing 50s. The SOT is for the machine gun manufacturing.
And the ATF is slow rolling approvals on ammo manufacturing facilities. And restricting how much powder a company can go through a year. And will be denying more permits and licenses in the future. Good luck getting an FFL or any other license right now. And if your paperwork isn't perfect they might just yank your existing permits and screw you over. Bureaucracy doing what bureaucracy is meant to do. Ruin everything it touches.
Just applying for the ammo permit is 20k a pop, however since he passed all the checks for machine gun manufacturing he probably would pass, but THEN he would need to spend millions of dollars to make the machines to produce it and THEN also buy all the materials and get employees

The other kicker is that this ban on ammo sales will also hurt the country ecologically as well as economically.
If you weren't aware: guns, ammo, and various forms of hunting paraphenalia have a small excise tax on them. This money, under the provision of the Pittman-Robertson Act, is meant to go directly to the various state game and wildlife programs to provide them with a large amount of their funding to manage and conserve game, game habitat, and anything else they can justify under that broad umbrella.

The first is definitely being suppressed and controlled on a wide scale.
The third has actually been suspended for the past 20ish years. (Is it actually applicable now? It's been so long I'm not even sure.)
The fourth has been torn to shreds and is violated as a matter of routine.

I don't think that even a single informed rational person believes that trials in this country are even remotely speedy so there goes number six.
The 7th still technically exists but over 90% of cases are decided without ever seeing a jury.

And it sucks the steel cased rounds will be hard to get. I've been hearing that there are ways to circumvent this ban. The most common response is the way China got around the honey ordeal. If that's the case, we may be good. I only hope these theories are good.

More and more companies need to stand up to the ATF in the way Rare Breed has done. The ATF needs to be put in check, and legal challenges to their "interpretations" will go a long way in doing so.
And they need to put the call out if the ATF starts to strong arm them so a bunch of "fishing pole" owners can show up with their " fishing poles" and keep them at bay
If you want the ATF to lose a LOT of their power, Getting rid of Chevron deference is a good start.

Always thought steel ammo problems in an AR was just FUD Lore to scare you into buying brass.
Steel is harder than brass. The ar extractor isnt as powerful as ak extractor. Thus it fails to extract usually

I have fired thousands if steel cased rounds through my ARs and the only problem I've ever had was one stuck case from a lacquer coated case. And that was after a few mag dumps in a row so the chamber was very hot.

The ATF technically isn't even allowed to change definitions or create new laws. It's purpose is to simply make sure that already existing laws are followed, kind of like police.
