Thank you. I know you are working hard but it's relaxing for us. My mom was in a lot of pain last night and I put a video on and told her to close her eyes and listen to the sounds of the outdoor cafe and your soothing voice and she fell asleep.
Instead off throwing away the excess amount of coffee, wouldn't be better to keep it somewhere so that when you get less than pretended use it to fill it up
Once coffee is ground, it goes stale much faster. By the time you actually need or want to use it, it would completely throw off the flavors of the brewed coffee. It would be very difficult to get a good drink mixing fresh and old coffee grinds.
That scale is crap. I have the same model. Precision and responsiveness is bad. The good part is that it has a timer and can handle some spilled liquid on it.
I think I recently watched an hour long video of Connor at this café and he was fighting with the scales the whole time because they are crap (not his fault). At home I use a Timemore Black Mirror Basic which is relatively inexpensive and have no such trouble with those.
I imagine he's working under an agency. I did for a while, they call you and ask if you can fill in for someone who's off sick or something at a random restaurant/cafe/etc
I love enjoying watching you make all kinds of artış latte or cappuccino from Australia Melbourne .. I bought my self small coffee machine as well and start making coffee at home but I hav got question for you if you reply to that .. what kind of coffee beans we should buy for better coffee taste and wonderfull smell as well .. ? ?? And for extra hot. How long we have to froth or warm the milk for ? Thanx
I've been watching you for a couple days. I love your work buddy. I'm also a barista and i want to create some content too. Can i ask what camera are you using in your videos? And which equipments?
i got adhd so i watch some vids on x2 speed. it was automatically on for this dude and I immediately said in my head "CALM? MF WORKIN LIKE HIS LIFE DEPEND ON IT" LMAO
my dude, your frothing technique is messy as hell. at least get rid of big bubbles by introducing air in short period of time and swirl to break it into microfoam. also, you never weigh your milk with digital scale. let me ask you, how many cups can you make with 1 liter carton box of milk? six. and that's approx 160ml. the rest is espresso and foam on top or syrup if your customer order something like vanilla, hazelnut, or mocca in a 200ml coffee cup. thicker foam if you make cappuccino. how can you weigh every puck at 18 gram and not the milk? this is the exact opposite of being consistant. and before anyone asked anything, i'm business owner and i run several bar and cafe. training young lads like you is my responsibility.
I was wondering the same! At the end of the day, you could be making a couple more coffee with that... Can't he just leave a recipient by the grinder and then trow it in again?
@@saoirse.d I think the machines grinds the beans on command per serving and once oxygen gets to ground coffee it becomes a lot less potent so if they just keep it to one side it's not gonna be consistent quality to their other coffees :)
I'm so sick of seeing these people waste coffee powder and milk. If you don't need it keep aside and re-use in the next one. Just top up the milk idiot, don't drain the leftovers. Is it too hard to think?
I love watching this. I don't know why
it’s satisfying lol
Same feelings
Welcome to the matrix
Same bro have final exam tomorrow😂
@@mayankdhalani8397how did you do
I'm having a crappy day right now and these videos are always a good distraction :) thanks Connor!
These are always so relaxing. Thanks Connor!

Thank you for this relaxing 20 minutes before my shift starts ❤
Watching your videos always makes me feel like i wanna be a coffee barista someday
We sure are getting blessed with lots of long content lately. Cheers!
Omg, that espresso machine is incredible! 😍
i just fell to my knees in the b&q car park. ive been waiting for this video for so long
I love these videos so much, something about the coffee atmosphere is so mesmerizing
I could watch this for hours on end man, thank you
this 20 minutes were like 5, this is so relaxing omg
Watching your videos has helped me with my espresso making so much. Thanks for the vids!

@luisgaleas9919 maybe he can toss it to the other portafilter. He wastes a lot of coffee.
Love your videos. They're so calming
Am I the only one doubting the accuracy of that scale? 😂 I mean it was 18.0, after he thought the spilled and wanted to check, it became 18,2 😅

bro there is something called a wdt tool, use it. how can you throw away 50-60 cents of goods?
Had that scale a while ago. Totally crap. Waste of money.
I was like damn, dude is wasting a lot of bean and milk 😂
I have those scales at home and felt your pain at 6:27… 😂
I think when I retire, doing this part time sounds sweet
Hey! New sub here.
I'm still a rookie barista, but I'm learning a lot from your videos. Thanks and keep it up, dude!
Your long shot videos never disappoint me.
Hope you can make a longer version, thank you 😊
At 15:49, I suddenly felt like that chef from Ratatouille. lol
i just started a job that includes being a barista and its my fav part havent learned how to make art or the good milk jug but i love all the steps
Love these!!
why dont you put the coffee back instead of throwing it at the bin ?
we totally need more of this plz😂😂😂
This is literally my job but still liked watching this haha
My guy just keeps on giving
you make it look so easy😭😭😭
I'm sure there are better ways to use those few milligrams of coffee each time than chucking them in the trash?
the amount of milk thrown away would be enough to make more coffees
I have been thinking about it too. Also as a coffee lover I ached a little every time he threw some coffee
Same here. Didn't understand why did he do that. Is it for he doesn't like the owner. -_-

Connor I love this
Hey just asking, can you instead of throwing away the extra grounds put it in a cup and reuse it at the end or smth??
I love your videos ☕🌸
What is the reason for spilling a tiny bit of milk before pouring it in the cup in every coffee?
Takes away the foam on top so better latte art
Inspirational!
Holy hell that steam wand is powerful
His moral conscience couldn’t let him make that pug after that tamp slip😂
15:23
You have become good at it 😂
May I ask why are you always shaking with that bottle of milk? In my country we never do that so I am curious
1:40 why did you waste it? It could been used.
5:30 too
Nice video of your workflow! Ask your boss to buy you Malhkonig GBW and a tamping machine 🙂
Bro I don't understand why you would measure and remove the point one g and just throw it!
That shop needs better scales, completely all over the place and not sensitive enough
Shouldn't the grinders be adjusted if you keep throwing away coffee? Not sure if thats possible?

I still can’t get my oat-milk in the correct consistency.
It takes time to figure out the alt milks
Accidentally know a bit of your life story from this clip.😂

I would like to work on your coffee shop. Someday. Greetings from Colombia 😅😊.
Love you videos
Crazy you even weigh grounds between every shot, where I work we do it once a day and don't even wipe down handles
it so relaxing watching,.,,,
After weighing your batch can I ask you why do you throe away the excess?
Curious as to why you pour some milk out before you pour it into the cup ?
Thanks
How do you like the cafe racer?
the barista touched the cup 4 times where the guest's lips would touch. I'm not a barista, but I know you can't serve it like that, but it's good.
Man, they need a better scale!
What camera do you use
9:26 what IS THHHAT GREAN crumb 😵💫

No wonder coffees are so expensive with the out of waste
Curious what the camera setup is would like to record my at home coffee making as well.
yeah definetely at least 25% milk wastage.
Why don't you store the extra coffee
Are you an independent contractor and work for anybody? Or do you have multiple part time jobs at different places?
Forgive my ignorance, I'm new to being a barista, but if anyone knows the name of the grinder they use, they would help me a lot
Mahlkonig, model E80 or E65s
Why do they throw away so much coffee when they turn 18, when they can use it the next time? It can only be a few minutes until the next one. 🤷🏻♂🤷🏻♂
Cuz they've got more than what they deserve. They need crisis in life to understand the importance of resources
i have only question ,why are you throwing extra coffee powder
I was wondering the same! At the end of the day, you could be making a couple more coffee with that... Can't he just leave a recipient by the grinder and then trow it in again?
maybe one of instructions?
satisfy food inspection? maybe to have a guarantee that every cup has 18 grams of coffee powder or every cup has the same amount of caffeine in it
@@saoirse.d I think the machines grinds the beans on command per serving and once oxygen gets to ground coffee it becomes a lot less potent so if they just keep it to one side it's not gonna be consistent quality to their other coffees :)

Why you make all the coffees with 18gr of powder?
Is water on the puck ok or should it be like only moisture?
What camera do you use for this video?
Hi, can I ask what scales you used in this video, or what scales you recommend for weighing coffee?
I had that scale and isn't worth it. Absolutelly crap. Now i use one generic jewelry scale with 0.01g precision. 11€ amazon.
connor why is there always a different coffee shop on videо?

Why wasting so much coffee powder by throwing it away ??? Can’t it be used ??
Why exactly 18?
74ml?? why??
Im a beginner in coffee, does he use double shot for all the drinks?
Yes
What kind of camera and setup do you use ?
Do these coffees have sugar already in them
...
What´s up with the milk?
How do you work in so many cafes??
WHY you thrown away the milk!!?? 😡
Where is the Knockbox from ?
What do you use for your pov set up?

hi sir whats that grinder?
the milk bootle is kind of gross lol. But nice job!
Great video but a bit stingy with the chocolate haha
