@@gentz8310 Ngl his arts are great but he wipes the steam wand with the same cloth for wiping the drip tray and that steam wand is in the milk constantly. Combined with non-washed pitcher, bacteria party. I couldn't even watch the video till the end. Lack of hygiene all over the place.
Looks like you've never been in a cafe bar. Check it out

I won’t drink any coffee without observing the hygiene. I visit a lot of them and smaller ones are always cleaner. I’ll give you some logical reasons for what he is doing wrong; -Milk residue left in the jug can harbor bacteria, which can then be transferred to the next customer's drink. This is especially concerning for individuals with lactose intolerance or milk allergies. -Milk residue can affect the taste and texture of subsequent drinks, potentially diluting flavors or creating an off-putting aftertaste. -Milk is a perishable product, and leaving it in a warm jug for extended periods can promote bacterial growth. This can lead to foodborne illness. It is so easy to rinse it. Why not do it?
@@ZEDOMVM there was difference in cup volume and milk foam. originally i use single shot espresso for cappuccino but this order was a double shot cappuccino
