oh man, I'm going through the most chaotic part of my life right now, yet I'm glad cause I know someday your vlogs and povs will be something I'll remember that helped me get through it :) Cheers Connor!
@@valorix3385 well usually bring your own cups gets you discounts which is to encourage people to bring there own cups but it does cut cost if the business doesn't have to buy more paper cups and theres still a small profit margin even with the discount but takeaway cups are amazing for the environment and thats kind of trend these days sustainable business
I noticed you using this flat whisk 14:29 in a previous video & thought that would be great to use. So I snagged one off Amazon! Great for hot chocolates & other powder into liquid uses. This was another enjoyable video Connor. Cheers! ☕👍
been loving all of your videos! recently started my first barista job at a cafe, and just watching your content previously has helped me learn quickly!
I'm currently an apprentice in my family-owned cafe (apprenticeship) and your videos set of a good example of a barista's work environment and the way they make their coffees! (Which is what I really need to see) Thanks for posting these videos, keep doing more so that I can see more good examples!
Why pouring the remaining milk? Is it because deconstructing the coffee taste when you reheat the milk and use it or something? If it's not, what a waste. Im really curious

Hey mate, I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos. I hope things get better for you soon!
19:35 this is the first time I've noticed someone bringing their own cup to fill. That's awesome
Does doing that help cafés out?

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi Connor! Another relaxing video for the community. Was wondering how you hang you iPhone in your chest?
Thanks! I use a chest mount, you can find them on amazon
Yoooo 2 hrs ago?! I'm here so early 🤗💕
I was going to comment to ask why the tapps on the steam milk and the espresso??
It's to get rid of any bubbles because they could ruin latte art
@@aloogawooga ohhh, I gotcha, thanks! 😁
amazing
Hey, what portafilter size do you use? How many grams?Your videos are very helpful 👌
It’s a standard 58mm portafilter, I think the basket it a 21g depth and we use a recipe of 18.5g in to 36ml of espresso out. Hope that helps!
Love the vid mate, how often do you work in this particular shop? ☕️
i really want to be a barista :D but i don't even drink coffee xDD
How you can you be so precise with grams in, but not have any distribution method? Guarantee there is a ton of channeling quite often.
bc it’s bs
Do you double portafilter used made in cappuccino and latte?
yeah double shot is standard for all drinks
how long you work as a barista? :D i think you are doing very good job !
